The only problem we encounted was the Free Telephone located at the opposite end of airport to the pickup point.

Excellend all round service. Efficient check in, transfer & collection from airport terminal. Just about to make another booking now; good value.

The service was excellent and prompt. My only advice would be to have a clearer indication when making internet booking when plane is arriving around midnight. We were not sure to book for the time of arriving in airport (before midnight) or ETA at the car park, which we thought would be after midnight. As a result there was some confusion with picking up car on return journey but the staff dealt with it immediately and there was no hassle or any problem.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Airparks at Newcastle. Their service is faultless. It is an extremely professional and well run facility. Transfers run constantly, so there is no hanging about, drivers are polite and helpful with luggage. Our car was returned exactly as it was left. Look no further!!!!! So nice to receive good service.

Good value for money - prompt transfer and pick-up. Helpful, friendly staff (without exception). Have used on one previous occasion - will definitely use again. Hassle free!

Arrived at Car park and were on our way to the airport in less than 5 mins, on return a quick call from the courtesy phone in arrivals and we were back in our car on on our way in 15 mins

staff were very pleasant and professional transfers easy i think my only problem a bit farther to walk and maybe dropped off at ramp

On the plus side my car was safely parked during my holiday. Staff were however unhelpful and demonstrated poor customer care/attitudes.

Simple easy process to follow, no fuss from start to finish.Exceptional value for money. Quality confident staff who put you at ease therefore starting the holiday off on a good foundation knowing your car is in good hands (peace of mind).

Didn't quite understand the directions, but only made a small error. Did find the correct place within minutes of taking a bad turning. Found staff friendly, efficient, no queing, no waiting. Will use again.

Only problem was that the courtesy phone in the airport on the return from holiday is at the opposite end of the airport from the international arrivals. Could two phones not be made available e.g. One at internal arrivals and one at international arrivals

Very easy way to park when using Newcastle Airport- cheap and convenient.Transfers were quick and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

The only confusing part was where it said the telephone was to phone when you arrived back in England. The driver should have just stated that you get picked up from where you are dropped off and the phone is there.

Dropped car off and was given a ticket we boarded mini bus dropped off 5 minutes later 100 yards from airport. Returned picked up free phone at Domestic arrivals gave name went to where we were dropped off, bus arrived at same time as we did 5 minutes later at depot handed car key and drove away. If only life was that simple!

Plenty of staff around to guide you through the process. First driver very friendly and helpful but driver on return extremely surly. Not a great greeting the minute you've returned from your hols! Very easy to arrange collection from terminal and quick collection.

The whole process was seamless at both the start and finish of our holiday - we will continue to use your service and will not look at alternatives unless you are fully booked.

My car was moved after I parked it and as far as I am concerned was returned to me with damage. The picture shown to me to say the damage was old was not timed ot dated, and as I say the car had obviously moved before the picture was taken. As for the pick up staff at the airport. the last thing I needed after a flight was a rude van driver who wasn't interested in being helpful but who harangued me for not phoning the depot first. Will not use again.

By being able to book this facility on the net is a huge bonus. the processes are clear and easy to follow giving the right amount of information and avoiding confusion. Finding the place was easy because of clear directions. The atmosphere of readiness for my arrival was encouraging and the instructions given were friendly and concise. The transition from park to airport was smooth and careful too. The vans was of good standard and the driver cheerful. The return journey was easy to arrange through the telephone system and the wait was inconsequential. A very neat job and really good price. well done in my opinion.

We found it very quick and easy,in a matter of minutes we were prked and at the terminal.a ood start to our holiday.thank you very much,and we will be using you in future be assured of that.
