The easiest way to park. staff are exceptionally helpful. There is no waiting around for transfers, the minibus is there to meet you at the car park and by the time you have used the free phone in the terminal the transfer bus is at its pick up point. Will 100% use again. Fantastic value for money.

It was my first time travelling from Newcastle Airport since moving here a few weeks ago. Easy to find, near airport. Courteous staff, quick transfer, quick pick up, all in all superb service i have found my new car park for trips from Newcastle Airport will be using them from now on.

We use Newcastle airport regularly but with another car parking company, who have become greedy. Qpark offer the same service for less money, the staff are helpful and pleasant and the park is no distance from the airport, directly of the main duel carriageway.

Have used you before. Only comment this time is that on the return journey, the driver said "room for another 2" As we were a party of 4 we stood aside to let another 2 in - he then proceeded to let in 4 !!! We then had to wait another 15mins. Bothersome at time but it will not stop us using you again.

I was pleased to have chosen your airport parking.The experience was so straightforward,well organised and very competitively priced. The parking area was easy to find and the transfer was excellent. As the booking details had not been passed on to the Bellair staff (apparently quite a regular occurance)from Simplyparking.co.uk we were delayed by having to provide our details again. Otherwise a great service with polite and efficient staff. The cost for a short stay was less than a return taxi fare so also value for money, however had this been for a week or more it would have worked out more costly so would have opted for the taxi.

We returned to the car park an hour earlier then i stated when booking and the man who was working in the car park was quite rude and put out when he had to go and get our car. But the drivers were friendly and overall it was a good experince and i would another space the next time i travl from newcastle

This is the first time I've used this car park -but I shall use it all the time from now on. The minibus(new) took me straight to the airport when I left my car, and only took a couple of minutes after I'd rung for them to collect me on return. It was efficient and courteous.

We have used Bell Air twice and both times excellent. This last holiday we got back to find out CD player/radio in our car was not working properly and complained to staff as it was working perfectly one week before when we dropped car off. They told us it was not their fault.

In the main the service provided was very good the only slight problem was the fact that the drop of and pick up point was about 200 mts from the terminal, due to the fact that the airport authorities won't let them drop of at the terminal. this could be a problem if disabled or with small children and bagage. Having said that I would have no problem in useing again.

Excellant service offered considering how close to the airport it was. Would suggest that a telephone is installed near to the international arrivals section to avoid having to trapse right through the airport to the domestic arrivals then back again to get to the collection point.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We only had to wait a few minutes for the bus transfer going to the airport. When we were waiting at the airport to get back to the carpark, it was there almost immediately and we were dropped off in the car park next to our vehicles which were parked ready to leave. We were very impressed, would use them again, and would recommend to friends & family. Well done

First time used definitely would use again. Fast, friendly, excellent courtesy bus, no waiting, on return car ready just to jump in and go and they had had heater on when driving to 'collect' position so car lovely and warm, great for a January day.

First time we used Belair and were delighted with the service. Dropped car off and transferred immediately to airport, no waiting around. Driver waiting for us on our return. Excellent service, we are off to Kenya from Manchester airport in January and will definitely be using Bellair.

The bus was ready to take me to the terminal straightaway adn picked me up in 5 minutes after I rang them. Shame the pick up phone is at the departures' end of the airport though and that they don't like you to ring using your mobile. When they dropped me off at the airport my car was ready with the engine running, the windscreens defrosted and the lights on. Good value for money . Recommended ++

The facilities were value for money, we departed and arrived immediately with no need for standing out in the cold. Our car was available for departure without any additional paperwork so we could get home quickly (well it was gone midnight!) All in all, a great experience. Many thanks.

i cannot explain how much i appreciated the excellent service that your company gave me my family & friends, the staff are very friendly and nothing seemed to be any trouble for them, very orginised an excellent service which i would and will recommend it to other people, thank you

Great service with less than 5 minute delay on departure leg and no wait on return journey. Car was ready waiting with engine running to warm car up and no paperwork to deal with. Very friendly staff at reception and drivers. Will certainly use again.

Always friendly and helpful. Further to walk from drop off / pick up point than other services and further from the airport than others. Would definately refer others to this service but advise to allow the full amount of time for transfer to the airport which the car park states on the booking instructions as its no good if you are running late.

Couldn't have been happier,we've used other airport parking before but will look no further than Bellair in the future.The icing on the cake was the fact that even though we were earlier than expected , the car was ready to get straight into and drive off even down to the heater being on to warm it up because it was bitterly cold .Keep up the good work !
