Friendly, helpful staff. Turned up quickly when we returned, no waiting late at night.

I would have liked to see the free phone placed nearer the arrivals gate, not the other end of the airport at the departures gate. Other than this it was an excellent service.

Going was fine. Returning, the airport phone is at totally the wrong end of the building beyond the departure desks. So you exit arrivals and have to walk (with your luggage) to the other end of the terminal, then have to walk back (with your luggage) right past departures and arrivals to the pick up point beyond the terminal. Giving a number passengers could call on a mobile phone would be more customer friendly. There was a mini bus at the pick up point with a seat vacant when I arrived. But as the driver had shut the back doors and was climbing into his seat, he brusquely told me I had to wait for the next bus and drove off. The next bus arrived almost immediately but we then sat and waited for several minutes for more clients to arrive. When I had a 3 hour drive ahead of me, I thought that the actions of the first driver were inconsiderate. I accept that the 2nd bus had to wait for its passengers.

Have used Bellair Parking at Newcastle Airport for over 10 years, whenever we travel from this airport. Have always experienced top class service.

Very good value for money in comparison with other parking facilities for the airport. The drop-off point could be a bit closer (but it is only over the road, so not exactly a marathon!).

Very unhelpful welcome. There appeared to me to be some prior problem in the office and I got very bad customer service from one person at the counter. Other staff were helpful and the man picking us up at the airport on return had a very professional attitude.

Bellair Parking was easy to find, very convenient for the airport. Buses were quick, clean and easily identifiable. Staff were helpful and very efficient, getting us from parking to terminal in under 10 minutes. Having parked at far inferior places for much more money, Bellair will certainly get my custom again when I fly from Newcastle.

Bit gruff from reception on arrival, but due to pressure on staff at the time. Otherwise helpful and efficient. Car was ready and waiting on return. Will be happy to use this company again.

Very slick and trendy operation, no complaints, worth the cash layout simply for the convenience.

Directions to Bellair Parking easy to follow and parking easy to find off the A1. No hanging around - taken straight off the airport. Only had to wait a short while to be picked up. Would use the service again.

We arrived back in England to very cold and wet weather and after being picked up at Newcastle Airport straight away within a second of our telephone call to them, we arrive to find our car had been started, the heater was blowing and we immediately left the mini bus and straight into a very warm car. We were very impressed and greateful for the thought of getting our car warm for us ready for our journey ahead. We will definately recommend Airparks to all our friends and will be using you each and every time that we travel. THANK YOU TO ALL YOUR STAFF YOU OFFER A FIRST CLASS SERVICE!!

Prompt transfer to and from the airport, heated car when returned from our holiday. If I had to fly from Newcastle I would use the carpark again and I certainly will recommend.

Having parked on a previous occasion, at a similar time of the year, in the car park adjacent to the airport only to find when I returned that the car was frozen over I appreciated the indoor parking provided by Bellair and the service provided by the staff which was excellent. I will definitely use Bellair again.

We dropped off the car, the bus took us to the airport without delay. When we returned we used the phone in the terminal and the bus arrived, we were taken to the car park where our car was waiting, engine running and windscreen cleared. We were asked if we enjoyed our trip and wished a safe journey home. Totally 100% service!
