The staff were very friendly and helpful and the transfers to and from the airport were excellent. They arrived very quickly after phoning on arrival and the car was ready to drive away immediately.

Very good we arrived back 3 hours late and were picked up right away.Only negative when i tried to telephone i did not know that you had to pick up the phone and press recall as there were no instructions,but apart from that a vey proffessional company.

Although the service was excellent the car did come back dirty, I don't know why though.

The service was very good and the staff extremely polite and helpful. I will definitely be using the service again in the future.

Although we were at least 12 hours late due to volcanic dust/airport shut and having to be bussed up from Luton we were not asked to pay any extra.......this is a big plus and would encourage us to always recommend airparks Never be greedy Well done on customer service!

Beneficial that the parking is only minutes away from the terminal & easily accessible from A1. Security seemed to be good. Car available promptly on return.

A very efficient and convenient service. The staff were very helpful and friendly too. Being located so close to airport, you'll never be waiting more than a few minutes for your transfer. I'd recommend Airparks to anyone.

the car park is only a few minutes away from the airport and is very easy to find, the staff were very friendly and the facilities were very good. the only small critism I have is that the courtsey phone in the airport is badly located, it should close to the internal arrival point and not the domestic arrival point, I would not hestitate in using this car park again.

Our 6 day break was extended by the volcanic ash impact on flights to UK. Staff at Aiparks Newcastle were very pleasant and the transfers were simple, quick and straightforward. To return tired and fed up 5 days late, to be greeted by prompt, friendly and reassuring service was a huge bonus.I would have no hesitation in using Airparks again or recommending this service.

I arrived at Airparks at 6.07 and my check-in at the airport was due to close at 6.40. The minibus did not come to pick us up until 6.20 and then did not leave until 6.32. I arrived at the airport at 6.30 nad had to run inside to catch check-in.

We need to use car parking as we live a distance from airports and train stations We used to use Bellaire but things have improve since your takeover. To date we have had no complaints and are very satisfied. We wish there was such a parking facility available 24hrs to enable us to use it to go on coach Hols eg Shearings etc. You are ideally situated to be a pickup point for the Newcastle area. MANY MANY THANKS

only bad thing was only having the one way of contacting on return and this being at the total opp end of the airport - imagine when really busy !!!!!

allways use this company allways had good service even though the airport makes you walk to the other end of the terminal to phone for pickup friendly, efficent, fair prices.

From the moment you hand over your car key, you can concentrate solely on your holiday/business trip. You know your car is secure for however long you leave it and one of the best things about this experience is that they will even valet your car while you are away. What more could you ask? Great customer service and helpful staff.

arrived and we were straight into coach for transfer to airport, transper only 5 mins, upon our return coach was there as we arrived, and again car ready on time when we arrived. no problems at all.

dropped car of swiftly and bus waiting to take us to the terminal building. only gripe is that the freephone for ringing return transfer is at the opposite end of the airport to the pick-up point. Not so good for the elderly, but we were ok. would definitely use again

The staff are very friendly helpful and obliging. The location of car park is easy to find. Your car is ready for you drive away once you have obtained your keys on return.

Easy to find, helpful staff and courtesy bus came to the airport immediately I telephoned even though I was a lone person and no others picked up at same time. Very good service.
