Took less than 5 minutes to get to and from the airport, I've used the onsite one and waiting for the bus took longer.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Thransfers were effective and efficient.

on arrival we were met and looked after realy well offered good service but on return easily found contact phone told to meet bus at where dropped off at ramp outside international arrivals but bus parked 150 yards away when we told driver where we were he not interested told us to pull luggage down to him through snow when we loaded onto bus he then drove along past where we were initialy waiting not very helpfull at all also answered his mobile whilst driving through car park wish i had taken photo on my phone otherwise service ok

I could have saved myself £16 and rang up for the bus to take me to my car, as it was I paid £16 to ring up and have my car brought to me. Not what I would describe as being "met" with your car. I would not bother with the meet and greet again although the carparking itself was reasonably priced.

The car park was easy to find.there was no waiting time,we were transferred straight to airport. on arrival back at airport we telephoned and the bus was there when we walked to the pick-up stop. would definitely use again.

The drop off couldn't have been easier and I was at the airport terminal within 10 minutes of my arrival at Airparks. The staff we vert friendly and helpful. The return was slighly less easy as it wasn't clear where the courtesy phone was located in the terminal and once i'd worked out where to go in the car park there was a phone there but it was broken. However the shuttle bus turned up within 10 minutes without being phoned-for and the return to my car was easy from that point. Will certainly use again.

We booked via the internet. I got a confirmation email, however when we got to the carpark our car had not been booked in. We were informed that the confirmation booking number was not one the carpark would use. No money had been received although this had gone from the bank account. I was told no spaces available after about 10 mins we were told we could leave the car but it would cost an additional £7.50 per day. The office was full of people all then checking the confirmation booking. I will in future book direct with the carpark company

Slick process, slight delay on return pick up from airport but nothing major. Would use again.

The car park is 2 minutes from the airport and very easy to find. The staff were very helpful as I'd managed somehow to mess up my booking. Transfer was quick and the drivers were great- no scary driving. They were all very friendly and I would use again for sure. Excellent service and value for money

i found airparks to be one of the best we have used for our parking. efficient, reliable and hassle free. we will definately use them again when flying from newcastle.

The drop off process was easy and painless. Access from the motorway excellent. Pick up very quick from airport. All very smooth and simple. Excellent value.

Have tried a few car parks round Newcastle, as we have to drive round from East Lothian, and I would say this is the best so far. It was exactly what we wanted - very pleasant counter staff and didn't have to wait at any time for the buses.

Airparks were easy to find, we were seen straight away and off to the airport in minutes, on coming home we phoned and the bus was there by the time we left the airport, good service all round would recommended

I have used this parking many time even when it was Bellair and the service and the price is very good value and I will be using them again

Transfers both ways were fast and efficient. No waiting for a bus load of passengers, as soon as I was ready to go the bus went. Transfer time was less than five minutes and I only waited about three minutes for the bus to arrive after I called them on my return. Back at the carpark my keys were aready and the car near at hand. If only all car parks were this efficient. add in a remarkably low price and I really have no complaints. Excellent.

Helpful and professional service when checking our car in at Airparks.Drivers and vehicles were well presented and the drivers on both journeys were helpful and courteous. Only negative is the distance from the international arrivals to the coutesy phone.

Having flown from Newcastle several times I have parked our car with different car parks but have had small problems with them. However Airparks at Newcastle offer by far the best service, the staff are friendly and helpful and the transfer coach is clea, tidy and well driven. We paid extra for the car to be waiting for us at the airport on our return and I will definatly use this service again. I will recommend this service to others.

Everything went quite smoothly going out but when we returned we could not find the telephone to ring.I had to ask a taxi driver where the airparks bus stopped.May I suggest that a bus stop be erected so that passengers can find the pick up point.

On arrival at Airparks we had to wait 10 minutes before transfer vehicle arrived and then more waiting while the driver waited for other passengers to arrive to ensure the transfer vehicle was full. On return we had to walk from International Arrivals to Domestic Arrivals to call Airparks then back to International Arrivals and across the car park to the pick up (leaving another van load of passengers waiting for us!) Not as smooth as other off site car parks we have used.
