Please call the phone number provided in your email confirmation when you are 10 minutes from the airport for your meet location.

If there are issues with the forecourt you may be told when you call to go to the Orange Short Stay Car Park instead (do not go here unless you are told to) - Follow signs to the terminal. As you approach the terminal follow signs for short stay car parking and head for the furthest car park, sign posted orange short stay car park. Take a ticket and follow the road round to the orange bollards, pull in on the left hand side, park and your driver will meet you there. Please make sure you hand your car park ticket to the driver.

Ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs, then call the number on your confirmation to have your car delivered back to your respective meeting point.

Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. I love Meet and Greet are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees. On occasions the airport will make operational changes to the forecourt. You will be informed if this is the case when you call and the alternative return point is the Orange Short Stay Car park - When exiting the terminal turn left toward stairs go down one level to Orange Short Stay Car park, This car park has a 10 minute free period. It is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car otherwise you will be liable for any excess car park fees.
