We used the Hilton Hotel car park as this was pink elephants temporary arrangement and the service worked very well - smooth transfer and really liked the fact you knew the bus was going to be on or half past the hour - this meant you didn't feel like you had to rush or that you'd probably just missed one!

Bus arrived within 5minutes. Wasn't aware than now have to pay for this £1 each. Driver was rather rude with regards to currency and me being scottish and made a remark re independence. I haven't reflected this in the above data as I don't feel this man represent the whole company - who I feel have excellent customer servicex

I didn't know i will have to leave my car keys there.The facilities were fine,good staff,transfer ok but I would have prefer to put the pound on the final price and be "free", it would be helpful more directions or signals to find the car park.overall,very good experience,efficient,good value for money
