With SPS Indoor Meet and Greet Parking at Stansted Airport, you get the convenience of dropping your vehicle off outside the terminal building and the comfort of knowing your car will be stored in a secure indoor compound whilst you're away.

arrival

Please call your driver on the car park number provided in your confirmation email 20 minutes before your arrival to re-confirm your meeting time. Enter the Red Short Stay car park, located in front of the terminal building, and a uniformed representative will meet you at the canopied walkway entrance to the terminal. Your car will be inspected for any damage and you will be issued a numbered "return vehicle document". Please keep this document safe until your return.

Before you collect your luggage, please call the car park on the number at the top of your "return vehicle document". Your vehicle will then be returned to you in the Red Short Stay car park near the canopied walkway.

Friendly enough staff but there was documentation missing on arrival and we waited 10 minutes for the car on return, due to driver shortage. On balance it was okay for the price paid, and we'd use again.

Great dropping off and collecting from the airport rather than via the short stay car park on arrival. And the fact there was absolutely no waiting at either end. Just great.

Slight concern as the driver who met us on arrival was not wearing any identification or uniform. Did not check mileage or car at all and no numbered "return vehicle document"issued. The car was delivered promptly on return but again by driver with no identification.Polite service but a little concerned. Drop off and delivery point was excellent.

Seemed less paperwork than other companies I had used but at drop off driver was waiting for us And when we returned having gone through passport control and baggage collection before calling I was amazed that our car was waiting for us and the driver was particularly helpful and cheery well done would recommend 100% thank you

The service was good, helpful staff and very punctual. Only one small niggle, I think that the car window must have been left slightly open because the car interior was very dusty when it was returned to us and there were water stains on the drivers seat
