Felt really organised and professional, clear instructions for arrival and pick up, friendly helpful staff, who could ask for more.

Timely attendance by your staff, particularly on our return. We were not one of those people asking where the car hire coach was to meet us. We were given very precise instructions where to meet our car and driver and he arrived at the same time as we did. In the past we have had some ghastly, cold waits for buses and transfers at various airports but you have shown how it can be done and you delivered as promised. Well done and thank you.

First time use this service. When the driver drop the car to us that the car was warm up. I like this service. I will use it in the future.

We dropped off the car and then missed our outbound flight from Stansted. They brought the car back to us quickly so we could drive home. I wasn't expecting it but they kindly offered to meet us again the following evening without extra charge. The second evening they were waiting for us again as we arrived for another flight, and they had the car ready for us when we returned without any delay. Will certainly use them again for their great customer service.

Meet and greet means they should be there to meet you. Even though I called in plenty of time I had to wait almost 15 minutes or someone to turn up to take my car. Luckily on return I only had to wait 5 mins for my car to turn up

Excellent, particularly if you've got a long journey, it takes all the stress out of 'park & ride'! Would definitely use again.

We had a v early flight and 'i love meet and greet' were there on time to meet us outside Stansted. It was just a short walk to the terminal building. However on the return journey I was unable to get through to anyone on the number I was given and as a result had a long delay in getting the car returned.

It is so pleasant not to have to bother with a car park and transfers etc., not to mention the time saved. A very good service, would definitely use again.

With two small children and a very early leaving flight and very late return flight, I couldn't ask for an easier way of parking than using I Love Meet and Greet. The staff were very prompt and professional and the service was excellent value for money. I will definitely use again!
