The service was quite convenient, however if you book with these folks, be prepared to pay the parking fee for the driver to exit when you leave the car and for you to exit when you pick up the car. Also, the driver met us downstairs at the short stay car park vice adjacent to the terminal. Unfortunately, these facts aren't revealed at the time of purchase. The company would be better off in rolling the car park exit charges into the cost of the service. After all, this is why I book valet parking so as not to be bothered by these inconveniences.

When dropping the car, you are to call a mobile phone number to give instructions about the drop off. The problem was that nobody answered the phone for at least 45mn! When you have a plane to catch, this is not really something you want...

A great discovery - just the thing with two tired children and early and late departures. The drivers were really punctual, the instructions were very clear and everything went according to plan.

The driver was very friendly and efficient, punctual and waiting for us when we arrived. There were only 4 miles on the clock when the car was delivered back to us! Again, very efficient and helpful driver. Overall a great service and very much better than the minibus service we had used previously. Would definitely recommend, especially as it doesn't cost any more either, great value!

The advantage of driving straight to the terminal and from the terminal far outweighs the 15 minute shuttle bus journeys for a few extra quid. Stress free, professional parking! Recommended.

I was on a visit to Budapest with an early morning arrival at Stansted. I entered the expected arrival time early in my trip booking and erroneously asked for a pick up when I was actually leaving the house. With the last minute rush, I forgot to change to change my arrival time. Easy Parking called me first thing in the morning when I was leaving to check where I was to make sure that I did not lose my slot. They made the adjustment to the later pick up time without fuss. Overall the service could not be faulted with both of my drivers being very courteous and efficient. Highly recommended.

The drivers work punctual at either end of our journey and very friendly and helpful They also offer a valeting service which is reasonably priced.

we were greeted at the airport on arrival following very clear instructions, the person was very thorough in the procedures of checking the car and making sure everything was in order. on our way back again very professional and punctual.i would defenetely use easy parking again considering they are a very good value for money.

This service was Ok but I wouldn't use them again. We had to wait a while when we dropped the car off and had to wait a long time in the rain with three small children to get our car returned to us when we got back. The staff on the phone were not very polite. I think this service is run on a shoe string and probably won't survive long. It was one of the cheaper valet parking services but was not nearly as good as most of the others we have used.

The service was overall good, price very competitive. On return my car was ready to be collected, but I had to wait for 40 minutes for my car to be picked up at departure, which could have cost me the flight. To be fair I did arrive a bit earlier than stated at booking time, although when I phoned them they didn't say it was going to be a problem. Anyway I would still recommend them

Very professional - As fairly frequent user of Meet & Greet services I found Easy Parking to be the quickest and easiest service yet from a provider.

This was the first time we had used this service and they were excellent - it was no problem when we were later arriving than we had advised them, and the paperwork was very swiftly dealt with. Likewise on our return, no problems at all. An excellent service and it was actually cheaper than the normal mid-stay carpark we would use. Will certainly use them again.

It is a very good parking with easy instructions to follow and it was worth the money, only the man at the office had a accent, it was hard to understand him.

We have been using other car parks for years (mid and long stays) but it was a bit inconvenient with carrying luggage, waiting for buses etc. This was just so easy, it is a MUST for next time. We were so happy, how quick and easy it was. The car pick up point was just 2 min from terminal, we didn't have to wait, car was already there, just gave that lady our receipt and we could drive away. We were so pleased with the service! 100% recommended!

Attendant ready and waiting on arrival and there immediately when we returned from our trip. First time of using a meet and greet service with no waiting at either end. Service at Gatwick failed miserably. Staff very helpful and worth the money.

i use this service a lot - there should be a loyalty scheme or at least recognise users on your website to avoid me having to retype everything on each reservation
