Al Reem Lounge serves Main Terminal 1. Airside - after Immigration turn left and walk straight. The lounge is located on the Ground Floor on the right hand side after the Information Desk. Transit passengers arriving in Terminal 3, pass through the Transfer Desk and follow signs to Terminal 1 and proceed to the ground floor.

We recently spent 6 hours in this lounge on way from Athens to Brisbane.
No one wants to do that so the sanctuary of a well appointed lounge was a godsend.
The basics all ticked, Internet, good selection of food, showers, plenty of space a good selection of booze.
Service very friendly and the hours flew by.
Perhaps a few more papers magazines etc from beyond UAE would have been nice but overall the lounge was on the money

The staff were most helpful, the area was clean, the seats comfortable and the food (and choice) excellent. We had a long stay over and using this lounge for four hours made it not just bearable but an enjoyable part of a wonderful holiday.

The lounge was relaxing and comfortable. We arrived around 4 to 5pm and we were the only ones there so were able to use the showers straight away. The food was great and very friendly helpful staff. Wifi good.
Overall very impressed and would book again.

With a 7 hour layover, I decided to book into an airport lounge to while away the hours. I'm very glad that I did. There were drinks on hand, with snacks freely available. I could charge my phone and check the internet and most importantly, I could have a refreshing shower.

Since first using the service several years ago, I find a consistency that is welcoming after, and during, long-haul travel, there has been a slight drop in the attentiveness of the staff, but a short walk to the bar is hardly an issue. On the whole the lounge is a calm environment, great when you are tired.

Not very much space for privacy. Toilets not in a good condition. No possibility to lay down for a sleep. No windows, no daylight. No separated smoking area, you must go outside in one of these small and full smoking rooms.
Food was ok, service friendly. Wifi is free, but at the whole airport, so nothing special.

The stay in the Al Reem lounge was pleasant, the staff was really friendly. However, it was a bit crowded, so it was hard to find a place to sit as people rather sit alone. Furthermore was everything okay, also the price for the lounge.

This was brilliant, relaxing and well worth the money, however, a little longer would have been nice, especially that we had a 7 hour wait for our next flight, also chairs with leg rests would also be nice so you can stretch out would be nice (we landed at 21.30 and had 7 hours to wait until flight).
