Al Reem Lounge reviews

Atmosphere was quiet and relaxt. There's not much to do on the airport and there are to short comfortable seats so a stay in the Al Reem Lounge is very pleasant to relax and escape the crowd. It was not crowded in the lounge so there were enough seats but I've missed two things: international food and long chairs for relaxing the legs. The dress code is not so strictly as it looks on the website so that was pleasant. If you have a long transfer I would recommend to book for a place in the lounge. You won't regret.

Only one shower so be prepared to wait if busy, food was limited, after having curry on the plane there was only curry avaliable in the lounge. All in all well worth the money and is right near the terminal gates so no need to rush.

I incorrectly reserved at the wrong airport and was refused entry when I arrived at the Dubai, terminal 1 lounge. While I would at that point paid an additional fee, I was given no help and turned away. I have been a return traveller but I will not be using your lounge in the future and will advise my friends and co-workers that the male front staff is useless & rude. A disappointed former client

I had a 12 hour stopover and was allowed only 4 hours in the lounge.It would have been nice to have been offered the option to stay longer at an increased cost.

The lounge was very easy to find. Staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. Food, drink and facilities just what we needed after a long flight. There was plenty of room. We would definately use this lounge again if we had a few hours in transit in Abu Dhabi. Very good value for money

booked into lounge between our wait for connecting flight,and i can honestly say this was so relaxing and comfortable. we were well looked after by all staff at the lounge. many thanks

My flight was from Tegel-Berlin with a 3 hour transit in Dusseldorf followed by a 6 hour transit in Abu Dhabi and finally a 7 hour flight to Kuala Lumpur. The entire trip took 24 hours and needless to say, I was already feeling drained halfway through the ordeal. Al Reem Lounge was a godsend. An oasis of relief from what would have been a long, arduous travel experience. The buffet was decent, the lounge comfortable, but most of all, the warm shower was excellent - just what i needed to rejuvenate myself! I must say that I'm glad I made the decision to book myself into the lounge and will definitely do so again! :)

The lounge isn't the best, but they will supply you with plenty of drinks and to escape the airport outside it would be worth it at double the price for any long transit.

I enjoyed being able to relax in the lounge away from the craziness of the airport. I had a 10 hour layover in Abu Dhabi. I was able to nap on the bench and have room to spread out. The food was very good. It was a nice quiet place to get away and spread out. The shower was not working on my return trip. I was able to use it on my first leg and it was nice to be able to shower while travelling. The facilities were nice.

As soon has we arrived we were asked if we wanted a drink, the service was excellent and attentive. The toilets and shower facilities were clean with soaps and lotions. Food was nice. Can highly recommend this lounge for you stop over.
