Al Reem Lounge reviews

I have used this facility before aswell and it was a good experience, however this time the mens showers were not working but the staff was friendly and arranged for a shower in another lounge.

This lounge offers a good selection of food, drinks and comfortable seating, which is of good value when you have 3-4 hours to spend in the overcrowded airport.

Place was good,neat,not too crowded.food was only average but service was very good .would probably try once again if wait is long as abudhabi airport can get crowded

I had just over 4 hours in this lounge and I have to say it flew by,the quality of the food and drinks were excellent and the staff extrememly helpful. I took advantage of having a shower,the shower room was clean and had plenty of towels and even toiletries down to toothbruch and razor as well as body wash and shampoo... I have to add that this lounge was probably a lot quieter than the Etihad lounge for premium paying travellers...First Class and will use again

From walking through the door they couldn't do enough for us. From the moment we sat down they were asking if we'd like a drink, and the food on offer was great. The lounge was clean and tidy and a great place to spend 4 hours of a stop over period. I would recommend you give this lounge a try, I don't think you will be disappointed with the experience.

Had to stay on abu dhabi airport for more then 7 hours. This Lounge gives you the comfort and extras you want. enough space to sit and work or rest. Good food, al drinks available. only negative point is that abu dhabi has the englisch powerport, there was no spareplug availeble.

Staff pleasant but a little noisy in the kitchen as the door was open. I got the impression it was a family gathering which included a young child. The noise lasted for over an hour. Other than that the experience was good. The food was excellent quality and the shower facilities excellent all though the ladies shower did not have the same selection of accessories as the mens shower e.g. shampoo, conditioner,creams etc. I would use the lounge again

Expensive, however Abu Dhabi Airport is a terrible place to find yourself waiting for a flight. Shower was excellent and clean. Not very comfortable as it happened to be busy when I was there as many children were present with their parents, so unable to sleep. Food was good and staff very friendly.

Food was good but i think more options for kids should have been provided. The survice was great

Staff not very helpful on arrival - no one explained where anything was etc. Seating was comfortable but it got a bit busy at times. The food was tasty and there was plenty of it including fresh fruit. The shower was very grim and needed cleaning. I was there for 14 hours between flights so it was worth it for me but I think they need to do something about the staff on the arrival desk and the showers!

The lounge was very clean & the staff where very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent and the was plenty of it. The were free drinks of all variety's avaliable. We had a shower and were supplied with clean towels and tioletries.
