This Lounge is located in Terminal 1, but also serves customers flying from Terminal 2 (approx. 6 minute walk). Whether you are on a business trip or starting your holiday, the Servisair Executive lounge at Terminal 1 will ensure a relaxing start to your journey. All families are welcome and there are facilities for business travellers.

Servisair Lounge serves Terminal 1. Airside - after Passport Control, turn right at 'World of Whiskies' and take the lift or stairs to the 2nd Floor. Follow signs along the balcony to the Lounge.

Please be advised that the lounge is NOT available for domestic UK flights and departures to the Republic of Ireland - International only. Servisair operates a smart/casual dress code (no baseball caps, shorts or football shirts) and expects suitable behaviour from guests. Heathrow Airport lounge can be used up to 3 hours before the flight time. Screens are prominently displayed for flight information and, for security reasons, customers are advised to remain with their luggage at all times. Telephone calls are subject to payment.

We had a 5 hour stopover after a flight from Vancouver, and hadn't slept for 24 hours, so the comfort of the lounge was very welcome just for a sleep and coffee. The staff were very friendly, but it was probably the busiest lounge we had been in and seats were scarce as we were leaving. Would use again.

It was a quieter place to relax after a long flight. The sofa's need replacing and bathroom was small. I used the BR's out in the airport to freshen up as it was larger and more comfortable. Lounge in general needed some updating. Clean though. Plenty of drinks available but short on snacks. Only some package cookies, package cheese and package crackers. There were some chips as well. Would have enjoyed a muffin or sandwish.

I had used Servisair before. There seemed to be more staff around then! It took me a while to realise where everything was but once I had done that I found the calm and relaxation perfect before a very long flight. I will certainly use them again. Staff on hand were polite and friendly. Although another member of staff to be on hand for questions or general assurance would have been nice - but not essential.

i think a few more snacks should be included lunch time ie choice of sandwiches, and some other lite bites

Peaceful and relaxing.We were able, for a couple of hours to leave the noise and stress of a busy airport behind, making our journey a more pleasant experience.

If going on long haul journeys I always use the lounge it is a nice relaxing atmosphere which is just what you need when you are traveling long distances. The service and facilities are great could do with another ladies toilet though. Would recommend to anyone great way to start you holiday.
