Whether you are on a business trip or starting your holiday, the Servisair Executive lounge at Terminal 1 will ensure a relaxing start to your journey. Directions to Servisair Lounge
Airside - after Passport Control, turn right at 'World of Whiskies' and take the lift/stairs to the 2nd Floor. Follow signs along the balcony to the Lounge.

Lounge conditions
- Maximum 3 hour stay
- Ticketed passengers only
- Smart casual dress at all times (no shorts, baseball caps or football shirts allowed)
- Servisair will not admit single sex groups of stag parties, hen parties or similar single sex groups
- Non-smoking
- This Lounge is accessible to passengers travelling from Terminal 2
- Unofficial groups will be refused entry
Important information
Please be advised that the lounge is NOT available for domestic UK flights and departures to the Republic of Ireland - International only. Servisair operates a smart/casual dress code (no baseball caps, shorts or football shirts) and expects suitable behaviour from guests. Heathrow Airport lounge can be used up to 3 hours before the flight time. Screens are prominently displayed for flight information and, for security reasons, customers are advised to remain with their luggage at all times.
