Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, away from the busy airport activity.

The lounge itself was nicely set out...the toilets wer not very clean when I visited and I thought the food selection was a little sparse...small snacks with not a great deal of choice I did however enjoy the hot Mushroom soup!... The drinks selection looked v g but as I do not drink alcohol I did not really check that area out. The live info was good and the staff seemed pleasant and I would probably use the lounge again as it is conveniently placed but I still think that things could be improved.

The lounge was okay but a bit crowded. On arrival there were a couple of spare tables, with a few pieces of dirty crockery. They were cleared after about 20mins. The food was fresh and tasty. The staff were polite and friendly.

It was great to get away from the crowds and just be able to relax before our flights.. The service was very good, nice choice of nibbles and drink. And no kids - which was our main reason for going to the lounge- PLEASE keep it that way. The price was very fair -will do it again .Thank You

One or two members of staff could could improve their approachability. A better selection of snacks would help eg sandwiches.

A good way to while away the time before departure in comfortable and peaceful surroundings

We had a 5 hour stopover after a flight from Vancouver, and hadn't slept for 24 hours, so the comfort of the lounge was very welcome just for a sleep and coffee. The staff were very friendly, but it was probably the busiest lounge we had been in and seats were scarce as we were leaving. Would use again.

It was a quieter place to relax after a long flight. The sofa's need replacing and bathroom was small. I used the BR's out in the airport to freshen up as it was larger and more comfortable. Lounge in general needed some updating. Clean though. Plenty of drinks available but short on snacks. Only some package cookies, package cheese and package crackers. There were some chips as well. Would have enjoyed a muffin or sandwish.

I had used Servisair before. There seemed to be more staff around then! It took me a while to realise where everything was but once I had done that I found the calm and relaxation perfect before a very long flight. I will certainly use them again. Staff on hand were polite and friendly. Although another member of staff to be on hand for questions or general assurance would have been nice - but not essential.
