Servisair Lounge reviews

Good value for money. The calm atmosphere of the lounge to me is personally invaluable at the start of a long haul flight. The Servis air lounge at terminal 1 appeared slightly better appointed than the lounge at terminal 3, which is the one I normally use. Even so, I would use either one every time I travel from Heathrow.

Using the lounge helped our long wait for a flight connection to pass fairly quickly. The lounge was comfortable with a good range of drinks and snacks.

Ambience & decor couldn't be faulted. Also lounge was quiet as our visit was at the weekend. However, catering could be improved to include wider range of food, not just snacks (as BA lounge at Heathrow).

Was great to relax in a quiet and comfortable environment away from the bustle of the departure lounge.

we enjoyed the experience, except the search for the lounge was a little difficult, as the directions were not given properly on the airport signages. it is also felt that on the coonfirmation of the reservation clear directions must be given by servisair organisation. this will help the weary traveller, who is desperately looking for some rest after the long inward flight he has completed!!!! so prior assistance will make the experience very nice.

Lounge is fairly new. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable chairs and tables. Food and drinks adequate. On a par with many airline business class lounges.

No 1 Gatwick has a great view over the airport and the service and range of fod and drinks is the best i have ever had in an airport lounge.

The availability of a wide range of reading materials was very welcome
