Swissport Lounge serves Terminal 3. Follow signs for Airline Lounges B-J and continue towards lounges F-1 and Gates 12-42. At 'Lounge F' sign continue along the corridor and go up one floor via elevator or stairs.

Please be advised that the Lounge is NOT available for domestic departures- International only. Servisair operates a smart/casual dress code (no baseball caps, shorts or football shirts) and staff ask for suitable behaviour. Screens prominently display flight information and, for security reasons, customers are advised to remain with their luggage at all times. Heathrow Airport lounge can be used up to 3 hours before the flight time.

It's a simple offer at an attractive price. Free wifi. Clean washroom/ toilets. Reasonable space. Attractive facility with lots of windows giving great views across the apron to the easterly take-off point of the runway for runway fantastic- see every take off and dramatic banked turns of 747s and A380s if take off is to the east. Reasonable basic selection of soft drinks, water, beer, wine, and liquor. Food offer is simple snacks such as hand fruit, crackers and cookies. No premium brands, but unlimited self service. Don't expect lots and lots of free newspapers and magazine. I will definitely be using this facility again when travelling economy long-haul. I'll be aiming to time my travel from home to LHR so that I have a relaxed one hour before going to the Gate. The on-line booking worked perfectly.

The lounge was very comfortable, it had all the facilities. The selection of drinks was excellent, and there was also snack and hot soup, which was very nice. And there was a good view of the runway, which was interesting.

My mum and I thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet of the lounge. I enjoyed the food although there was not a hot option of food that was not Spicey, apart from the soup. All the drinks were good, allowing you to either have a small or large can of juice, what s good idea to save on waste. If we have a few hours to kill before I flight again we would definitely book again.
