We have used the airport lounges before and this one was not one of the best.The choice of food was not great for breakfast.However it was still better than sitting in the main lounge

Helpful reception made me feel at ease as this was my first time in the lounge. I had a nightmare journey 2 1/2 hours instead of 1 hour once I got to the lounge I was able to de-stress had a snack and a drink in a comfortable quiet environment. I am definitely booking again.

The room itself was fine and the refreshments provided were excellent. The only slight issue is that when I got there the lounge was very busy and I had to stand for about 10 minutes, but it emptied out after that.

Overcrowded and the food was disappointing only having biscuits and cheese, it is ok if you want to go in for a few drinks

I suppose Saturday evening is one of the busiest for you but the number of people in the lounge was excessive. Although I was able to find a seat I felt confined. People had difficulty getting past each other as they went to the bar area. In addition the noise levels were quite high as people tried to make themselves heard above the general noise.

Direction to lounge could be better we used SAS lounge in March which we preferred as larger area and more food options.

We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the food/drinks provided. The staff were pleasant and professional. The tables were cleared regularly. We were there at a busy time and the seating seemed cramped. The only picky observation is that the brass on the double door entrance to the washrooms had a thousand fingerprints on it. We will be re-booking when we next use Heathrow in December.

It was wonderful to get out of the noise of the main terminal area. It was a small cosy room with good facilities and very helpful staff. Very relaxing and comfortable.
