Overall I thought the lounge fine. However the food selection was a little limited .

Lounge was easy to find and comfortable. Staff were friendly & helpful. A little more choice in the way of snacks would be nice. Perhaps a few sandwiches rather than just soup or cheese & biscuits and possibly a few Danish pastries? But all in all, good value for money and much better than waiting around in public areas for three hours prior to long haul flight.

Prefered the lounge to the general waiting areas in terminal 3. It was comfortable & quiet. A small selection of sandwiches and other light snack foods would have made the experience more fulfilling. Left the lounge feeling hungry and alittle disappointed overall.

The Lounge was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. There was an abundance of free drinks, soft drinks, alcoholic drinks and tea and coffee. The soup and rolls were plentiful and topped up frequently.

I enjoyed a very relaxing experience at the Servisair Lounge while waiting for a long haul flight to New Zealand. The staff were very polite and cheery. The snacks and drinks on offer were very good and so too were the magazines and newspapers. The waiting staff cleared away empty crockery with speed and wiped tables as they went.

Have experienced other lounges and this compares favourably with all the rest. We arrived in the early evening which is a popular time and so it was difficult to find seating for four people. The lounge is kept clear and clean - as are the toilets. The selection of food is limited but of a good quality. Theare is a very good range of drinks - both alcoholic and non alcoholic Staff were very busy but were polite and attentive. Well worth the money

I have been to a number of lounges in other parts of the world and usually there has been a much better choice of food. There was only really a choice of crisps and nuts. Most other lounges have sandwiches or other similar types of food.

The tables were not cleared often enough making the lounge look very messy. The experience was not as good as previous visits to this T3 lounge

Instructions to find lounge were comprehensive.Polite greeting and area was comfortable and clean. My only complaint would be that there were few plus sockets for those requiring use of lapstops and of those available one was not working on the day I was in.

Not enough seats, too crowded and too noisy. Rate of cleaning tables was slow as well given the number of people present.

Badly signposted in the terminal. The lounge itself is OK, if in need of a decorating update. The selection of snacks and drinks is fine, though a wider selection of newspapers and magazines would be appreciated. Not bad value for money.

I was disappointed that there was no provision for a sandwich or soup or salad. I feel that the price seems excessive.
