I was surprised at the lack of cleanliness. I found it hard to locate a table that did not need clearing even though there were only 20 or so people there. The ladies loo in the main airport was cleaner. No member of staff asked if they could help me and I was accosted by a person who was clearly drunk. The only person I could commend is the receptionist who was friendly and welcoming. As this was a gift, I do not know what the cost is but can only surmise that it was NOT good value for money.

This lounge doesn't feel like the 'treat' most lounges do. It's very basic, in need of modernisation and has very few areas to sit in privacy. There are only basic snacks (crisps and biscuits) to eat and a selection of beverages and hot drinks (these were at least reasonable). The lounge is meant to close at 10.30pm, but in actual fact they asked us to leave about an hour earlier than this, which completely ate into my lounge time as my flight didn't leave until around 11, so I had to go an wait at the gate anyway, which defeats the point. Not worth the money.

The facilities are basic, but £17 gets you a comfortable seat far from the madding crowd, with drinks and snacks to fuel your wait. Well worth it, especially at Heathrow where delayed flights are not infrequent.

This was our first time using the lounge and I was pleasantly surprised. I thought there would be comfy chairs and coffe, tea and drinks. I didn't realise there would also be muffins and other light breakfast options (we were there on a Sunday morning). It would be good to get a bit more info about food availability as we may not have stopped to have breakfast on the way in to the lounge but next time I'll know to check in to the lounge first. It was particularly helpful for my husband who is not the most willing flier - a good way to help him relax away from the crowds. We will very likely book again the next time we fly. Thanks for making the journey more bearable.

This was the first time I have used this service and I will definitely use it every time I fly from now on. A very civilised way to begin your holiday rather than with the masses in the departure hall

Having used many lounges I found this lounge to be pretty poor the receptionist was morose and did nothing to hide her displeasure in the fact that she had to hang up a personl phone call to deal with us on our arrival Additionally the food and drink choices were very limited and the whole place had a tired look about it.

Young kids running about...so much for keeping them under control. We went in hungry after an early start and left hungry..should have got something to eat before we went to the lounge

A chance to chill out after a boring trip to to airport. Relax with a drink and newspaper; and even a view of the busy scenery. something to remember whilst enduring an uncomfortable, twelve hour, flight. One remembers oases!

We now use Servisair lounges whenever we have to do a long-haul flight because they offer a less stressful alternative to the overcrowded departure lounges in most UK airports. It's good to sit and relax, read the papers or a magazine and to be able to see out of the window, rather than the windowless space of the departure lounge, and to be able to help yourself to tea, coffee, etc. rather than queuing and paying inflated prices in airport outlets. The only problem can be that sometimes tour companies book a whole party into an airport lounge so they can become quite crowded themselves!

Worth paying for to get away from the hustle and bustle of terminal three. Pretty good value overall and although some changes have been made since I last used the lounge, the furnishings could do with an overhaul. From a personal point of view still worth paying for.

I found every aspect of this lounge enjoyable. While the drinks selection was top notch, the food selection could have been better. Why not add a few more pounds onto each entry and have some sandwiches or something. Other than that, I will definately be using the lounge again on my next trip to the UK

For those of us who choose not to pay the exhorbitant business class fares charged by all major airlines, Servisair Lounge provides an excellent pre-flight lounge facility at a very reasonable cost. As a member of the Institute of Directors, I can use the lounge without charge and my wife can accompany me for a modest charge.

This was the first time that I have used a lounge like this prior to travelling. I will definately use them again prior to every departure. The comfort is amazing, you are not crammed in with all the other travellers. The lounge was very clean and service exceptional. Papers and TV, complimentary drinks and snacks, all without any fuss. What a wonderfull service.

If you've no need to shop or eat pizza before departing Heathrow T3, this is a relaxing place to enjoy a coffee, snacks, beverage or cold drink, read your book in quiet or plug in your laptop. I was welcomed by the hostess and invited to use all the facilities. A prominent screen lists departures and the lounge is close to the gates. This was my first booking and I will absolutely take advantage of the Servisair lounge on future trips to London.

I hate Heathrow, finding it dirty, confined, permanently dismantled,(esopecially the ceilings)and crowded, at least in T3. We have used the lounge twice now and it has made the start of the holiday a pleasure - an oasis of calm! Highly recommended.
