Now that the terminal's main public areas and the departure gate facilities have been modernised, the benefits to be had from from this old-fashioned doctor's waiting room are now much harder to locate. Cramped, with "euro-hotel" furniture, plastic-wrapped confectionery and push-button coffee, the space seems designed not to entice you to stay but to impel you to your departure gate. But perhaps that's deliberate? The policy is reinforced from the start by receptionists who, on every occasion I have used the lounge, appear to regard the arrival of a customer as an unexpected and unpleasant distraction. A smile may be too much to expect - this is London, after all - but eye-contact and a welcoming comment (as opposed to the singularly abrupt "flight number please?") would help lessen the sense that, having already taken your money at the time of reservation, Servisair's employees would rather you didn't actually inconvenience them with your arrival. The point is pressed home in the lounge itself, in which staff occasionally shuffle around, making a half-hearted job of cleaning up the plastic-wrappings left over from the last-but-one customer. Never the last customer though - the debris left by customers taking the final opportunity to stuff their stomachs full of the air and carboydrate-filled baby food that they exist on at home before jetting off to countries with rather higher levels of cuisine and service-standards - are uniformly left on the table, or floor, until the next pass-through. Unless you have a burning need to spend £18 on a "free" cup of coffee and a second-hand newspaper, you'd do better to avoid the place until it improves.

GThe receptionist on arrival was a bit clueless - I didn't have a confirmation letter or number as I had to book in a hurry before catching a flight and there was no printer available where I booked. Fortunately there was a coin operated internet facility in the lounge from which I could retreive the confirmation - this was my suggestion following her initial response of "Well you've got a problem then" - not very helpful or proactive as she was sitting in front of her own computer. However, only a minor hiccup in the end. The lounge was very busy but the bar and snacks were kept well stocked despite the high turnover. Not nearly as big or as comfortable as the Holideck (our flight was changed from T4 to T3 hence the hurried change of booking) but would use again when going through T3.

This is what you need to book if you want to get away from the every day idiots that frequent airports nowadays. It is quiet, everyone has manners and it is nice to be able to sit at a table and chairs without a mess around you. The value for money is good as you can have snacks that would cost you double in any of the other bars. I will always use this service.

Quite, comfortable and relaxed way to start trip. Even managed to have a bucks fizz before flying off to New York. Highly recommend using this service and will do so again.

for the cost of this particular lounge (London Heathrow T3), I would say the only thing that needs to be improved on is the fact that quite a few of the seats did not have a view of the boarding list monitors. So that's my suggestion - a few more screens.

This small lounge will get to capacity easily and we found it a little cramped. Good choice of drinks and nibbles. Some outside view as well which some lounges do not offer. Would use again is good value giving some respite from terminal 3 when it is manic!

The lounge is an excellent place to relax away for the heathrow crowds. The lounge is also perfect for my girls to sit and relax in comfort in a relatively secure place.

My family and I have used this lounge many times and will continue to do so as a place to relax away from the Heathrow crowds. To have somewhere quiet for my Mum and my daughters to sit allows me piece of mind when they are travelling. Thanks.

Too many televisions that make too much noise. There is no need to screen TV news it makes the lounge very noisy. Staff not very friendly more aggressive. When I arrived I was told I was too early because there is a 3 hour limit (not something I was aware of) and was told I would have to leave at precisely 10:30. As there was hardly anyone in the lounge when I left at 10:30 I am not sure why this was a problem. The normal filter coffee was broken and there was only coffee from some dreadful machine which dispense disgusting coffee. Would I book again, probably not.

We've used lounges before from gatwick and found the Heathrow lounge to be not so good for types of food on offer and we could only use this one which allowed children in.

The Servisair lounge we used was at terminal 3 at Heathrow.It was nice to relax before our flight to Delhi,especially as one of us is a nervous flier.Using a lounge gets us away from the chaos of the departure concourse.

Forget searching for seats in a noisy, overcrowded and sometimes dirty airport lounge. This is the stress-free way to travel - relax with a glass of bubbly and nibbles, or coffee and croissants, and read the papers while you wait for the receptionist to call your flight. This is a first-class start to your trip.

I would like a selection of sandwiches to be added to the snack selection, and an area for customers to use their mobile 'phones' as I found it intrusive to listen to other peoples conversations. However, I found it a peaceful and relaxing environment, and I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants to avoid the noise and chaos of the airport experience.

There was an excellent selection of drinks, even Champagne if you wanted to drink that. The snacks were good as well. I do however think you should be allowed in a bit earlier as the last hour before your flight is taken up by the trek to your gate and boarding, so you are not in the Lounge then. I would do this again on a long haul flight, as it was an excellent start to our holiday.

With a 12hr flight ahead, the last thing I wanted was hustle and bustle, booking the lounge proved to be a very good choice. I boarded the plane fully relaxed and comfortable enabling me to start my journey in a good frame of mind. Thank you

It was a nice environment to relax in, the snacks available were constantly topped up and the drinks plentiful too. Power point for the laptop which was good and a reasonable selection of magazines too. It was a nice quiet oasis in an otherwise hectic airport full of screaming children. Well worth the few pennies to escape!
