Excellent service and good value for money. Quick and easy transfer to and from airport. Dont forget to just leave your car at reception i ended up unnecessarily parking my own car.

I found carpark very convient to airport with very friendly & attentive staff however as it was raining when we arrived back from holiday the coach had to make 2 trips. Also my car was parked in the middle of an enormous puddle which I had to walk through to get into my car.

Effecient & friendly staff - no waiting around involved which is a bonus when leaving or arriving.Valet service available - lovely to come home to a clean and fresh smelling car!!

This is the first time we have used Cosmo which was recommended by my sister. We shall certainly use Cosmo again as we were very pleased with the service and price.

We had a very good experience. Slight issue with the greeting (or lack of greeting) from the member of staff on duty. Left the keys in the office and then were transferred immediately to the airport. On way back caught bus at bus stop and transferred back v quickly. Could see how a queue might develop at busy times though. However, Cosmo will now be our car park of choice when flying. No more hikes from the long stay car park!!

I have already chose to use Cosmo again, I will not go past it. I have used the long stay car park and Mccauslands in the past but not in the future.

Excellent service. Upon arrival to the car park I was greeted immediately at reception and was at the airport within 5 mins. Service was equally efficient on return. Would recommend.

A brief but pleasant experience The reception staff were most helpful and arranging for my daughter to collect my car even though she did not have the ticket. The young driver was very corteous and had the oresence to wish us a pleasant journey

Impressed with the fact that they had my car ready to go despite a flat battery problem - they had it charged and sorted for us on our return. Great Service

Insufficient transportation and too small a coach and lack of staff to carry out transfers efficiently and swiftly to car park upon return from holiday.

Great value for money. Staff were helpful and it was all done with ease. One thing to remember is that on return to Belfast you need to call Cosmo from inside the airport as there is no BT phone outside. Apart from that would definitely use this company again.

I was quite pleased with the service however it could be enhanced by prompt pick up from the airport. What is the point of asking your return time when you have to ring to get the bus to come along? It is the closest carpark to the airport yet one of their close competitors had made 3 calls to the pick up point whilst I was waiting on my bus.

Many people returned from Holiday at same time (I think around 35 people - Cosmo must know when the people are returning but one coach that seated 7 was sent and had to do repeated trips - weather was poor and several older suctomers got very wet waiting for the single caoch. Other vendors present at same time had several coaches available.

Staff very courteous and helpful. When I found I had a flat battery the attendant came to my aid with the necessary equipment within a couple of minutes.

Friendly staff, no hassle, transfer bus was waiting when we arrived at airport, no having to hang about in rain, fast and good, thanks.

I have used Cosmo Parking several times and have no complaints, car has always been secure, transfer to and from airport always prompt, cheaper than other companies for parking. I can highly recommend them.

We found the transfer to the main terminal very efficient. The bus was alrady waiting for us when we arrived for our outward flight. Staff were friendly and efficient. The time spent handing over the car etc was minimal and before we knew it we were on our way. On our return, just a quick phone call and we were picked up in 1/2 minutes. i will definitely use the service again and recommend it to my friends.

The staff were most attentive and the vehicle was prompt on returning from abroad. The cold evening did not matter as the wait was minimal. My car was conveniently parked adjacent to the administrative office on return resulting in the minimum of delay in getting home.

Our flight was delayed by 8 hours. This was no bother to the Cosmo Parking staff when we returned to get our car just 30 mins after dropping it off. No moans or groans just sympathy for our situation. First class service.

Our party consisted of a person with walking difficulties and a child of 20mths so it involved the party standing about while the driver went to locate the car. Other than that there was so other complaints. The transport to and from the terminal was prompt and we did not have to hang about. I would definitely recommend to other travellers
