Checked in with no hassle, bus took us straight to the terminal. When we arrived home, only had to wait a couple of minutes to be collected. Our car was sitting at the entrance of Cosmos ready for our return.

I found Cosmo to be very helpful and efficient. We were transferred to the terminal very quickly and on arrival home the coach was waiting to take us back to the carpark where our car was conveniently parked and ready for our departure. The fee of £10 was very acceptable.

Good to know that the car was safe when I was away, so one less thing to worry about. The booking was straightforward and the staff easy to deal with. Will use again.

Great value for money - quick drop to the terminal and same on arrival - bus was there immediately. Given freephone number to telephone if no bus was there for pickup.

The carpark is 2 mins from airport and the courtesy bus leaves as soon as you are ready. The staff are very pleasant even at 2am! Car washing and valeting is available, which is really great as you have a lovely clean car to return to! Prices excellent for the security provided.

Cosmo Parking provided a very fast and competent service all-round. Their staff were very efficient and courteous, their prices offer good value for money. No more traipsing to and fro from the other, further away car-park with luggage, sometimes in the rain and cold of winter.

The carpark is so close to the airport the shuttle bus is never far away, making the experience very quick and easy and not adding any more time to the trip.

I found that the staff were extremely friendly and approachable, and I had no waiting time whatsoever on my arrival or when I came back. I would recommend Cosmo's car parking facilities to anyone.

Have always used Cosmo Parking whenever I fly - the service and location couldn't be more perfect. Thank you for making my previous trips and those yet to come have peace of mind and affordability.

Early morning parking was great, straight to door, left key and got on bus. On arriving back, used the freephone number just before we left the airport building and the bus was there just as we walked up to the stop. Very convenient and friendly. Would use again.

Most important thing for us was that we could get speedily to airport without having to wait for ticket or bus. Was in and out in less than 3 minutes.

I would suggest you may need more than one bus to collect passengers when there is large numbers coming of a flight. A covered area would be an advantage when the weather is cold and wet while waiting for a bus to collected passengers from the terminal.

I picked Cosmos as my parents use them and have always been 100% happy with the service they have received. Cosmos were a bit cheaper than McCauslands which also influenced my decision to use them. The delay on the pick up on the way home is my main gripe with this company and it wouldnt hurt if the reception staff put a smile on their faces either!. Maybe I was just unlucky on my day of return travel, my parents had never experienced this and they are regular users.

I had to wheel my cases over rough ground (I was carrying expensive sports equipment - the less bumping the better) I had, through habit, left the steering wheel chained when I parked the car. After returning my holiday I was informed that the staff were unable to move my car because they could not unlock this chain. This is despite the fact that the key - along with only one other had been handed in! Initiative and brains were not used!! Thus my car was not left in their own car park.

Arrived early Sunday morning got a warm welcome from attendant and was able to tell us the weather where we were going - Berlin. Bus there to collect us when we arrived and got us back to office. Very good would use again but try and give more discount. Peter

At last a car parking company is offering what everybody has been waiting for, affordable parking right beside the airport, instead of having to stay that much further away. The only thing that I would suggest would be that Cosmo should start some kind of sysstem by which flight times are monitored. As a result a courtesy bus would be waiting no matter if your flight was early or late. This would prove beneficial in the sense that the courtesy bus would not be waiting on passengers who might be delayed. All in all fantastic value for money!!!1

I find cosmo has a good reliable service , however I do not like having to stand out in the cold waiting for the pick up again at the terminal since the bus now has to park in the side car park it can also be cold and wet when being dropped off here , it was a much better service when clients were picked up and dropped of directly outside of the terminal where there are covered areas.

We recently booked our car into Cosmo for five days while we enjoyed a great break in Prague. Unfortunately our flight home was delayed twenty nine hours due to heavy snow.Cosmo had everything under control- they knew about cancelled and rescheduled flights so had our car ready when we eventually got back to Belfast. Further more Cosmo did not charge us for the extra day secure parking. Thankyou to all you good people at Cosmo!

my biggest complaint is the lack of security upon return: my car keys were handed back to me without an ID check. This, plus the wait for the shuttle, makes the few extra pounds for on-site long term parking worth it. Will not use Cosmo again if I can help it.

It was easy to book on the internet, very accessible when coming from the Nort West. Quick service, friendly approach, bus driver very helpful with luggage. No waiting on return journey. What more could a customer expect..have recommended Cosmos to all my friends who require airport parking...about 6 have used Cosmos during the past 4 months..this was the 4th time that I used Cosmos.
