We found booking online very convenient. The car park was well sign-posted & the service we received was excellent. We had no waiting for the transfer bus, it was there both on the way out & when we came back into Belfast. I would certainly use them again.

The man at the desk was very helpful when we arrived there was a mix up with the email I received of our booking but he sorted it out promptly and without fuss. Cars were waiting close to drop off point on our return. This is my first time to use Cosmo but would certainly do so again

Our check in time was 4am and it was great to have someone to meet us in person, to receive our car, load our cases into the transfer bus and leave us at the terminal. Much easier than asking family lol. Will def use again made travelling so much easier

cosmo car parking are a fast and efficent service. when you arrive to park your car you are always met by a friendly member of the cosmo team. you are then straightaway brought to there bus and left to the aiport there is no waiting around which is always a bonus. it is the same situation when you are coming home again there is usually a comso bus waiting on you at the airport and you are brought straight over to collect your car and again no waiting around this is so helpful especially if you have just come of a long flight and cant wait to get home - we always use cosmo and will definelty use them in the future.

We found the service overall to be great. When we arrived at the Car Park we were put on a coach right away, and taken straight to the airport. When we returned the coach was there within minutes of us phoning the car park and our car was siting at the gate for us when we got off the coach. The staff were very friendly and poilite at all times.

Thank goodness I pre-booked as the carpark was full when I arrived. I got a great price online compared to the other nearby carparks. My flight was severely delayed yet the car was still sitting ready when we got back at 5.30 am and we were not charged any extra. The transfer took only minutes and the driver loaded our luggage. Excellent,will most certainly use Cosmo next time I travel through the International Airport!

We have used Cosmos on a few occasions, lately in March and in June 07, when we went on a short break to Edinburgh. We will be using Cosmos again in August, when we go on our summer holidays. Although Cosmos is not the cheapest, we are happy to pay that little bit extra for convenience, and Cosmos provides this.

Good website with Easy booking, friendly staff, average to keen price,quick,no hazzle on arrival as everything was prepaid, no hanging around, comfortable transfer to terminal for departure On arrival, courtesy bus waiting, luggage loaded by friendly staff, my car awaiting pick-up, keys waiting and away in minutes Excellent service and will use again As the name suggests -It realy is an easy way of SIMPLYPARKING

overall it was very good. the customer service was excellent.the only down side was just been given a letter of the row your car was parked in.although next time we will know exactly where to go.i would Recommend this car park to friends and other travelers because it offers value for money and outstanding customer service.

Service efficient but would have loved a smile even if it was early in the morning!!Also our return flight was late and as we came out of the airport the minibus was just heading off I managed to attract the driver's attention and he returned what would have happened if he hadn't seen me???

When we arrived we handed over our keys, the staff helped us with the kids and our luggage on to the bus transfer, to the airport, a very short drive away - couldn't have been easier. And it was great value for money. We will definitely use cosmo again and recommend it to others we have used other car parks at BFS and not had such a good experience.

I arrived at Cosmo and parked. Within 5 minutes the bus was on its way to the airport. Upon my return I telephoned the number given. Phone was promptly answered and the bus was with me within 10 minutes. All my experiences with Cosmo have been good. The car park is well run and competitively priced.

Good value for money. Would definitely recommend, but ask where your car is being parked. I returned and my car was near the roadside but it may have been moved here as I was returing that evening.

I travel frequently and have only recently started leaving a car at the airport. I have found the online booking facility for Cosmo Parking convenient, and it is hassle-free when dropping the car off. On my return, their transfer bus has always been at the collection point by the time I have called them from the terminal and made my way to the collection point. Moreover, the car has always been parked conveniently when I pick it up. I have already booked with them for July and will be making further bookings for trips I will be making over the next couple of months.

Couldn't have been more hassle free. Even though our flight was late, we weren't charged any extra. I was amazed in this greedy world and very impressed. Just the sort of touch that means we will definitely use Cosmo Parking again.

I found my experience with Cosmo Parking to be very professionally handled and very reasonable into the bargain. I would have no problem in recommending to friends or family and will continue to use them in the future providing they remain cheap. It's certainly not a case of cheap and cheerful with this outfit!!

The service provided was great and value for money too. The Cosmo bus was already at the arrivals gate when we returned - fab - would recommend and will definitely use again when we travel in the summertime.

It took us less than 5 minutes from parking our car outside the office to being transferred to the terminal. Was really easy to use this car park!! Will use again in the future.

Good check in, car parked securely, picked up by mini-bus very quickly on my return. Had to walk a little to find car though! But, overall, excellent, would definitely use them again.
