The one downside was that the outside of the car was absolutely filthy when we collected it. We can only assume there had been some building work/activity on site at the time. We would have appreciated it if the company had hosed down the car before we collected it. Other than that the service was as good as always.
Easy jet should watch these people for organization and service then there would be no stress getting from check in to the plane
Do not wear your Sunday best outfit as lots of work going on at the parking site. The guys are really friendly and the transfers were good. It is really close to the airport. Will use again.
We have not yet returned due to my wife breaking her leg. We contacted A and J Parking who could not have have been more helpful
I have used A&J Parking in the past and found that they run an organised operation but unfortunatly this time had to wait for collection on return. But this was due to a number of flights being delayed so threw the running order out for collecting people and getting cars out.Not the cleanist of carparks when wet but will still use them again.
Minibus left straight away when we arrived and was already at the bus stop when we returned. Driver collected the key from the reception area and drove us back up the slight hill so that we did not get our luggage dirty as it was a bit muddy.
I'm supprised at the reviews on this place.I read them as was convinced all would be good.Reality was a little different. As mentioned by others the signposting is awefull and has the wrong name on it (how much would that take to put right)? On arrival I was supprissed at the muddy conditions and how amature it seemed. On return after a week I find my car parked outside the so called secure compound, with the hadnbrake pulled through the roof, 3 times as far as it needed to be applied, the car was covered in a very thick covering of red dust and the drivers footwell covered in dirt and mudd from someone's very muddy boots ! After having to wash the thick covering of dust and mudd off the outside and also the drivers footwell I would in future pay the extra and park at the airport and now have to spend all this time sorting their mess out ! Pay the extra and park somewhere more proffessinal would be my advice and I don't have a posh car ...so if you do....more reason to pay the extra!
When we returned to pick up the car it had been parked so close to the vehicles next to it that I could not open the door wide enough to get in. Thankfully my wife is a lot slimmer than I am and she manged to squeeze in and reverse the car out. Otherwise it all worked very efficiently. Suggestion for improvement: Would be good if they could surface the car park to make it a bit cleaner. It was a bit wet when we dropped off and hence quite muddy in places. Cars can get a bit dirty after a few days due to the dust caused by movement of other vehicles. But no serious problems overall, so we would definitely use them again.
The directions were easy to follow, which is good for someone who often gets lost! The transfer bus was there on my arrival and as it's only 1.5 miles to the airport, it was only a 5 minute drive away. On my return, I telephoned as I completed customs and the transfer bus was there within about 10 minutes, which gave me enough time to buy a coffee. The cost was about half of that at the airport (which is still a 5 minute bus journey), so it was great value. I will definitely use this company again!
well worth the money . all worked well, although without sat nav i would have struggled down the little lanes which did not seem to have signs - would definatly use again
The only complaint i have is that the waiting area at the car park could be improved or open while waiting for the transfer vehicle. Service was good and the staff were charming and helpful.
Facilities at the parking - ie office and Toilet facilities at the depot a bit rough and ready but could not fault the transfers and service for the money. Cheapest around - Would use again
I found A and J very reliable and friendly,I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others
Transfers were quick and efficent (even at 5.30am) - only concern was the van which took us to the airport was not of a very high standard! The van coming back was a hired van and much more roadworthy. Staff were pleasant and helpful and our car was looked after in a secure area and was easily accessable when we arrived home. Would use again.
Very easy to find .quick transfer only had to wait a few mins for the mini bus
The guy we met on arrival was rather angry and swore a lot - probably as he hadn't been home in 5 days due to the snow. He had also crashed the mini bus and the car couldn't accommodate all our luggage. I had to drop the family and luggage at the airport and come back again. When we returned there was still no mini bus as it had been inspected by the highways department and found to have a broken seat belt and a bald tire!
very straight forward and easy to use i would definatly use the service again.the staff were friendly and helpfull. dave ward.
Car park easy to find just missed transfer to airport only had to wait 5-10 min . Plane landed early and had to wait for transfer to car park half hr or more but that was no problem . I felt that my car was safe with the high fence and lights . I will use this site next time i fly from Bristol
Third time I've used this car park, and have had no problems on any occasion
Good and safe car park, quick transfer to the airport and very well priced. I would park there again any time. Thank you
