Car park was easy to find, transfers good, friendly staff and secure parking.
It was a very quick and efficient service which I will defiantely use again and recommend to friends and family
We had to wait at airport for the transfer bus for 15 -20 mins at 2am in the morning bit cold, other wise all very good.
Very poor driving directions around the car park, we spent 20 minutes driving around a very busy maze of a car park with with one way two way routes that made no sence trying to find a space. Eventually found a space where it was marked staff parking. On retriving the car it had been moved to a new area and with no map of the site and poor verbal directions from a rushed staff I found my car after going back to the centre for more advice after a 15 minutes of search. Not a great experiance but it was cheap and the transfers were okay.
The Silver Zone was easy to to find. The staff very courteous and helpful. An excellent and hassle free way to start our holiday. We were transferred to the main terminal within a few minutes of handing over our keys. The return proved equally straightforward. Great value and thoroughly recommend the facility.
Mostly good except for the prolonged wait at the terminal for the journey back to the Silver Zone. We waited at least 20 minutes which is not satifactory at the end of a long tiring, journey when all we wanted was to get home.
Considering the hell that was getting through passport control at Bristol Airport(which I will never use again!)using Silver Car Parking was a delight.
I was impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the member of staff who dealt with me at reception and resolved the problem that had arisen due to cancellation of my Easyjet flight resulting in a stay that was one day longer than originally booked. The transfer to the airport was prompt, the return last Sunday much less so; it took 20 mins for the bus to arrive. Other than that all went smoothly.
We would have used the carpark for our next trip but when we went to book the price had increased so we had to make other arrangements. The price had gone from £120.00 to £175.00.
Staff were friendly and helpful over the phone. Easy to find a space. Bus transfer was efficient. A great way to start our break. Would recommend to others.
Found the Silver Zone parking area without any problem and the immediate security features gave an early sense of confidence in the facility. Took a little while to find a free parking space but this is to be expected in such a sea of vehicles. The staff were friendly and helpful on both outbound and return visits to the office and the directions to where I had to collect my car were clear. Overall a very smooth and effective process that I have used twice now and would not hesitate to use again.
Good convenient parking however our car was moved and we were not advised of this when collecting the keys so spent ages trying to locate the car, despite having made a note of the parking bay (thought it was our mistake). We just wanted to get home and it spoilt the end of our holiday.
I was really impressed by my silver zone parking experience. It was quick, there was no waiting and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my first time using airport parking and I was amazed by how easy it was and how little effort it took to park my car and get to the airport. It was an excellent service from start to finish, I would higgly recommend it and I would use this service again.
All facilities were o.k. Parking, booking in, toilets and transfers to terminal. Would be recommending this facility to others.
Excellent service, have used it in the past and will use it again.Very convenient and safe.
Overall a pretty good experience. The usual queing at the terminal for a bus back but that was the only delay in an otherwise smooth and prefessional service. The car park staff are courtious, friendly and efficient, one of the bus drivers less so. Would I use this service again? Yes. The added security makes up for it being slightly detached (5 minutes) from the main terminal. Book early to get the best prices.
Difficult to locate space to leave car on arrival - needed a number of trawls around; was quite a way to pull cases to reception, especially as it was raining
Parking was easy. Transfer was quick and overall experience was very good. Would definitely use again.
I found the parking surface a little rough but this could have been due to extending the parking area.Apart from that I'd like to thank all the staff.
I was given my key in the reception and told row S Iasked for directions to that area and with a vague point was told :over that way: after passing rows GandH the signs seemed to be very vague. After a while two men appeared in a van Iasked them for directions they gave me directions to row S.Th

1. Can you tell us a little bit about your business?
The new Bristol International Airport terminal building opened in 2000 and has consistently expanded the route network and passenger volumes to become the leading airport for the South West and Wales serving nearly 6 million customers per year. The Long Stay car park, with 3,500 spaces has served our customers for decades. As our passenger volumes grew, we needed to provide additional parking facilities. In 2001 the Silver Zone car park was created, providing additional affordable, on-site, secure car parking just a short distance from the terminal building.
2. In one sentence, how would you describe your business?
Bristol International Airport is an exciting, energetic and continuously developing gateway to the world!
3. What makes you different from other parking companies?
Whilst we are an airport and our core business is to provide the facilities and routes so our customers can travel and bring in inbound tourists, we have a strong customer service ethic. Our business is about delivering first class service and processes to ensure our passengers' journey through our car parks, terminal and on to the aircraft is as simple and as enjoyable as possible. The Silver Zone car park demonstrates this ethic by having trained staff greet every customer and by using efficient processes to keep any waiting time to a minimum
4. Describe the customer facilities, security and services you offer
All car parks have been awarded the Park Mark award for safer parking. All car parks offer disabled facilities, are manned, well lit, fenced and operational 24/7. The Silver Zone car park offers a variety of food and drink vending facilities within the customer reception area. Toilet facilities are also provided as well as free bus transfers to the terminal. Silver Zone also offers vehicle imaging technology so that all cars entering the site are photographed from numerous angles for added security.
5. What does the gosimply award mean to you?
This award means a lot to our staff who work extremely hard to provide the best facility and service possible. Its also an excellent measure that our customers can use to have peace of mind and confidence when booking this car park. Thank you to our customers and to Gosimply for the superb feedback! It is a reflection of the standards we have in place and we will be striving to win it again!
6. What's the most interesting or exotic car that's been parked?
With over 1 million cars passing through our car parks in a year and with parking products to suit all needs from the Meet and Greet service to the efficiencies of Silver Zone, we have seen a huge variety of cars from Ferraris, Bentley's and Lamborghinis to Skoda's, Smart cars and vans.
