Ability to walk to and from terminal a huge benefit, especially as we arrived back at 11.30pm.Staff very helpful, but the walk to terminal could take a little while depending on area of parking
Secure parking, very close to the terminal with buses running regularly to transfer you. Very good value for money and a simple process to follow.
The long stay car park is close enough to the Airport in Bristol to walk so the transfer is not necessary. The price was excellent at only £8 per day. The only improvement would be an automatic exit instead of having to have the car park office validate your ticket
very easy service and no hassle - just have to remember where you leave the car and to make note of area - (in my experience!!)Excellent way to go though - will be using it all the time now - thanks
Easy to find, lots of spaces, transfers were good, even left the terminal building to return back to the carpark with just me in the bus! Would use again :-)
When I arrived in the car park there were barriers up blocking roads to parking areas and there was no indication of where there might be available spaces. I parked close to a bus stop (E) so that I could transfer my case by bus. When I reached the bus stop it had been temporarily closed. I walked to another stop but did not see any buses at all so walked to the terminal building. On my return I left the car park as directed and parked by the barrier. When I left my car I then saw that the booth had been moved! The whole business of having to stop and get the ticket changed to exit seems unnecessary.
Its walking distance from car park to terminal as long as you don't have heavy bags. Foe those with heavy luggage a more frequent transfer service from car park to terminal may be beneficial.
Do you know for peace of mind this was the best. We were sadly visiting Malta to view our son's grave, so we wanted a no fuss trip. Booking and paying ahead took all the stress away. From car to airport and back hassle free. I have bad legs and the bus from the car park was available but distance so short even I could manage it. More than happy and charge was reasonable. Thank You Mick barnes
The car parking was generally really good although there was some confusion upon leaving it. I had pre booked online and upon arriving back at the car park there was no information. Once I got to the exit barrier I was not allowed out and told I still owed money after some confusion and eventually finding someone to talk to they were able to redem my 'voucher' and leave easily. There should really be some more information regarding those who have booked online as I know I wasnt the only one in the same state of confusion.
Had some issue where credit card not recognised on return but we were late due to flight delay. Staff resolved it however so no big deal
The carpark is easy to locate with plenty of spaces situated a short distance from the terminal. You can walk it or there is a regular bus to take you and your luggage to the terminal entrance. We paid on line and, on exit, had to hand over the receipt at the manned booth in exchange for a ticket to lift the barrier.
The car park is easy to find and very convenient for the airport. It takes very little time to walk to the termional and saves waiting for bus transfers.
It was worth the extra cost to park next to the airport terminal and not have to wait around for transport from external parking sites.
Good value for money and ideal location easy to walk to terminal or transfer if you need it!
I am familiar with the layout of Bristol Airport and arrived and left in daylight and fine weather which made things easier, although this is the first time I have used the long stay parking facility. I dropped my friend and our bags off quickly at the drop off point before parking so had no bags to get from car to terminal which could have been the most difficult part - the pedestrian access isn't easy. Exiting was facilitated by the helpful staff
Easy to find, park and the transfer bus ran frequently. When returning we decided to walk back to the car which took no time at all. Car was as we'd left it and to exit the car park was the smoothest experience we have had.
The carpark was very convenient to the airport but the fact that it wasnt surfaced or marked out in bays , meant that some cars took up alot of space reducing the parking area .Not as good as Stanstead or Cardiff but ok.
cant fault it, used carpark twice now, easy to park, terminal a short walk away,
It is easy to walk to both arrivals & departures, which means no annoying hanging about for buses, which I have experienced before! It is easy to pay in advance & no hold ups when exiting the car park. No negative comments to make.
Planty of space and able to find one near a CCTV camera, although there weren't many of them. Didn't use the transfer bus as able to park within easy walking distance.
