For the amount of money you pay it is a good service, transfer was ok be it a little bumpy on the way to airport. They put a good service with them parking your car for you.

This was the first time we had used Park and Fly. Although the reception staff aren't the friendliest I have come across, they did check us in quickly, and our keys were ready when we returned. We did have to wait awhile for the transfer to the airport, but as we had allowed plenty of time this wasn't too much of a problem. on our return, which was 06.30am, there was a mini bus waiting, which meant we returned to the carpark quite quickly. We would probably use them again, as they are very good value for money.

firstly the staff were rude. secondly we were packed onto a bus smaller than the amount of passengers and we had to put our 2 children on our lap for the 15 minute journey. the return journey was just us but none of the seat belts worked. and finally we were delayed for 8 days because of the ash cloud cancellations, on return they charged us more for the extra days than our original 15 day booking. when i challenged this i was basically told thats the bosses policy tough. i will leave you to make your own mind up

Apparently the company went bust but they forgot to tell us, so we drove to the wrong venue and had to divert to the new site, which gave us little time at the arport to check in and eat before boarding so was a nice stressful start to the holiday. Oh and the car and case smelt of cow dung as it was on a mushroom farm. Not very pleasant. Definatlet worth paying a bit more to park nearer the airport.

After having two trips to find where the car park was ( we managed to choose the weekend of the change over)! On the important trips everything ran very smoothly! We will certainly use this company again.

Mrs Jones 24 May, 2010

The directions to Park and Fly sent us to a car park which was closing down. We were directed to the new site which was 6 miles the other side of Bristol airport. Apart from this the transfers were good, the car park was secure, but we arrived back at night and the lighting in the car park was absent.

The tranfers into and back from the airport were speedy, no delay and no waiting. Reception staff couteous and even helped to jump start our car after our holiday had been extended a week due to volcanic ash. Car park was initially a little tricky to find, but strongly recommend and will use again myself.

could not cntact them on return at midnight 29/04/2010, spotted driver who taken us to airport 15 /04 /2010 he said they had closed down, and that our car might be at the site where he was now working, this was a different company 12miles from where we had parked our car, luckily our car was there leaving us a 23 mile drive home. if i had not spotted the driver we would have been stranded at the airport and would not have had any idea where our car was. this was a terrible experience at the end of a 10 hour trip home. we have not been able to contact them .

Checking in was straight forward. On my return I had to wait for a second minibus but it was quick to come. I struggled getting my bag in and out of the minibus but other that that no problems. Due to delays with the flights the £5 a day extra charge wasn't too bad either. I will be using the service again when flying from Bristol.

first time we have used them, good directions to the car park. Arrived, booked in no hassles and there was a vehicle there ready to take us to the airport. Friendly staff would recommend and use again.

I can't believe how cheap it was - we paid £23 for 9 days parking and were taken straight to the airport, and straight from it with about a 2-minute wait. The driver was very friendly and chatty, also. It's particularly good for any people living in South Wales, as it's en route, and the directions we were given were brilliant, and meant we got to Bristol a lot more quickly than we usually do. Really brilliant. Thanks

Coming from the West the parking was furhter than expected and added at least 40 mins to the trip, making us late for the airport. It's a bit difficult to find, as it's on a back street on the one way system.. Even with GPS.. But good value for money if you aren't pushed for time.

NOthing really to say... I arrived, hand in my keys and found the van who brought me to the airport. Coming back at 11.30pm, I called and found the van back. Just wait a little more for the other customer, got to the parking and found the keys of my car. Simple!

Everything pretty much ran as I would expect for this type of service. Staff answered the phone when I rang at 4 in the morning, a minibus was waiting to take us to the airport (though our party was split in two, but the other half got the next bus not long after), we left our car for the staff to park, we had a slight wait when we arrived back (only 10-15 mins). All in all, not a 5 star service but adequate and does what it says on the tin! Also very good value when compared with BIA Silver parking. I would definately use them again as it was easy to find and 6 miles on my side of the airport.

The car was parked safely for me and not too close to other cars. Coffee was offered at reception. The mini bus was waiting for me on arrival at Bristol airport and before I had phoned!! Absolutely first class and very friendly service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Very small and unmarked reception cabin with the entrance surrounded by puddles because it had been raining. But prompt transfer and pickup and the car was parked next to the entrance all ready to go.
