SOmewhat difficult to find from the directions we were given but good value for money. I'd use them again.
great parking facilities and easy to find! fast drop off and pick up to and from airport. would use again. Thank you.
Total waste of money.Parking never found as it had moved.Nearly missed plane and had to park in expensive car park at airport in the end.
found carpark OK with satnav. transfer to airport fine. Staff very disorganised. Not clear where to wait for coach at airport back to the carpark. There were a few groups waiting to board minibus not sure who was to go on which one a bit of a free for all. May think twice before using again.
Arrival and transfer good. Missed our connection home and they were fine about that, just charged for the extra day which was reasonable. Collected us from airport within 10 mins as promised. Only slight problem was that instructions as to where our car was were somewhat vague, so my husband got wet looking for it. Then found our car was parked in, but they sorted it reasonably quickly.
courteous staff, efficient service - what more could a traveller want?
Had to wait 45 minutes at airport after ringing to be collected. First minibus that came did not have enough room for all passengers. Driver said another one just behind him. Another one turned up 30 minutes later (car park only 10 mins away) then 2 minutes after that another one. Car was parked in furthest reaches of car park in a space that was extremely hard to manoeuvre out of.
Facility was over booked, too many cars in the carpark, Minibuses were in poor condition, had to wait nearly an hour for collection from the airport, phone was constantly engaged when we tried to phone, the cost saving of a few pounds was not worth it.
Speedy collection from airport when i returned, car was ready and waiting. Cant really fault anything for the price. Would use again without hesitation.
when you arrive they rush you so fast, if travelling with small children, you just cannot do it. also in the process they are so rude to you, that it really does get your holiday off to a bad start. never will we recommend them or use them again.
i found the staff when i arrived a little abrupt but the car was well looked after and the staff on return where very nice and polite and the transfer coaches were always prompt, overall good service for the money, possibly the staff when i arived were very very busy
Although we struggled to find the car park place at first, it was very efficient and friendly parking service. Convenient and excellent value for money, recommend to everyone.
This is an excellent service. Car was parked ready for us and a bus waitng for flight. There were too many passengers for 1 bus - luck of the draw - Staff very polite despite bad-tempered and aggresive general public. They do their best - sensible people realise that the service is alot cheaper because of the short distance from the airport. If you are not prepared to wait 5 minutes without complaining pay double and park at the airport!!!!!
Site was extremely overcrowded and entrance/exit very congested. Staff smoking. On return the pick up took over half an hour to arrive and they had lost my car key. Site staff apologetic at 3 am but site manager completely unhelpful later that day, and would only give the boss'name and site address when required to in the presence of the site owners (whom she had implicated) as the only route for complaints or redress. He is Dean Baldock and does not reply to the letters of complaint. A Great pity as it left a very bad taste to our holiday.
signage into car park needs to be better, where to park on entry. Area is very cramped and not much space to manouvre. Greeting is functional rather than happy to help. However overall I was most impressed with efficency and value for money.
Going to the airport was fine. The transfer back at 20 to midnight was a nightmare. No organisation, people getting on buses who had not comfirmed their arrival back to UK taking seats of those who had followed the correct procedure. People including families with young children left waiting and waiting. One driver told my husband to take the one seat he had left and collect the car and drive it back to the airport to pick the other three of us up ! "Thats what other people are doing " he said !!! When we eventually got back and collected our keys, our car was blocked in. We don't live in the Bristol area and it takes us an hour and a half to get home so we could have done without the unnessary holdups. We won't be using this carpark again.
I was told that my car would be repositioned prior to my return so that it was more accessable but that didn't happen. Overall I was pleased to save a little money and my car was as I left it.
As it says on the tin, cheap, safe, less than 10 minutes to the airport and all went according to plan.
As above, what can I say but thank you park and fly for looking after our car and transporting us quickly to and from the airport without any fuss and in a friendly manner.
When I arrived in the reception. The receiptionist seem to be not so interested or may be she had a very busy day ????????. I have required if possible please on my return my car is not park too far away ?????? with good reason. On my return to collect my car, the car parked was far away and the instrution no very clear and is not easy to find my car in the down pour rain. Thank one of the young guy was so helpful to help me carried my case and find the car for me. I know sometime we all tired and have a busy day. Friendly and helpful attitude to welcome your guest will be appreciated. Yours sincerely Mrs Farrell
