Very convenient parking when going on a cruise leaving from Dover.

Couldn't be more convenient but obviously need to be early if you want the undercover parking.

Arrived late due to traffic problems on route. Directed to a parking space some 50 yards from ship at terminal 2. Assistance given with baggage. Everything worked smoothly. Strongly recommended.

Extremely busy. Confused directions. Not enough staff to guide you. Lack of car park spaces. We had to wait in a queue for over half an hour before a supervisor came and put us in a staff space. Not good enough for the money.

Easy to drop off luggage for porters to take on board then park. At end of cruise we had collected car, loaded luggage and were on the road within 15 minutes.

Could not have been easier. All staff very helpful and friendly. Parked about 250 yards from ship and will happily use again.

Perfect facilities, drive up to unload baggage, then park car and get a bus to terminal (although the car parks are so near you could easily walk).

I had pre-booked, but arrived to find their staff selling tickets on the day, and that the car park was full and I had to park on the Hoverpark. The local traffic was such that the transfer coaches were greatly delayed and walking about a mile and a half was the only solution. NOT a good experience.

They had no idea that the cruise was starting in Barcelona and returning to Dover. There were a lot of questions asked before eventually accepting the booking. Then just pointed to carpark and told to go on way leaving me to find my own way out of terminal on foot with no other alternative offered.

Parking at Dover cruise terminal is hassle-free; something you need when you are starting out on holiday, and when you return the porters are especially helpfull and polite; a great experience - helps make the holiday.

Cheerful, amiable staff meet you on arrival. No glum, grumpy faces here! Most of all a quick and efficient service, which is what we all want at these places, don't we?

The cruise terminal was easy to find and minimum effort was required to get parked and to get our luggage to the terminal building. On our return, the service was just as good reloading our luggage and assisting us to depart from the terminal.

1st time to Dover, very easy to find cruise terminal, good parking facility but not cheap, we may use specialist taxi firm next time.

Parking was easy to find, well organised and secure with helpful staff. Perhaps a little costly.

Transfer coach from cruise terminal to car park was completely unacceptable - massive delays.

The dropping off facility of our cases was very well organised, with helpful staff, the parking was very near to the port, easy and hassle free!

Parking staff expected me to have a hanger to put in the car and were not entirely happy with the computer printout.

2 Minutes from Motorway. Parked 2 minutes from ship. Staff great, Cost ok, overall a valuable service rendered to cruise passengers.

Parking attendants issued dockets to place inside car. Clear instructions of where to park, and ample parking spaces. Coaches were available, and ran at frequent intervals for transfers to liner.

Brilliant - so simple - I expected queries/complications about paperwork etc. - there were none!
