The whole parking experience was good, from initial parking and transfer to the harbour and the quick transfer on return. We were on our way within 15 mins of leaving the ship. Well Done!

Cannot praise the service we received more. We had prompt shuttle service to & from the ship with absolutely no waiting. The driver was friendly, courteous and helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending Relyon & would definitely use their service again!

You might consider providing customers with interim intructions which could be updated as th road works progress

Although road diversions made it quite difficult to find the car park, when I eventually arrived the staff were friendly and I was transferred directly to the ferry terminal. The car park itself is adequate: rough surface, not sheltered, I didn't notice CCTV or really any security apart from a gate that is probably always open. However, there were plenty of cars and vans there, and although I was apprehensive about leaving my car keys on site, everything was fine and I would highly recommend Reylon Cruis and Ferry Parking.

We used Relyon, Dover. The shuttles seemed to run frequently and efficiently. We had no hanging around at either end of our journey. We received help with our luggage both ways and on our return there was somebody waiting at the cruise terminal directing us to our shuttle. There were two mini buses waiting and we departed to pick up our car immediately. Seamless and stress-free, many thanks!

Although roadworks made finding Relyon a more long winded affair than the map showed, thes ervice was very friendly and we were dropped off and picked up very efficiently. Many thanks to all especially Pete and Maggie

Drivers were very helpful and punctual. Off the ship onto a waiting coach to collect car. Extremely pleased, and would use again and recommend to friends.

The only fault I would mention (which was not Relyon's fault) was the road works which made it extrememly difficult to find the place as you could not go the way their directions told you to. They maybe could have emailed customers who had booked by email informing them of alternative route.

Mrs Crozier 15 July, 2010

Unfortunately, due to road works in the immediate area we had great difficulty in finding the Car Park - detour was badly signed and even confused our sat nav! Found this very frustrating and if we had been running late for boarding our cruise ship it would have been very stressful. Talking to other peopl at Relyon they all had a similar experience. This of course is nothing to do with Relyon and we would definately use them again.

On return everything was a nightmare as we arrived late into Dover, which was not your fault at all. However, there was a lot of confusion with the usual trick of trying to push in, maybe if this happens again you could have the area cordoned off to gain access to your vehicles to stop this happening and then people would naturally enter the queue and not be able to push in.

On our outward journey we were very impressed with Relyon. Staff met us, unloaded our car and put our luggage on a waiting coach and drive our car away to park it. The return journey was totally different. Our ship was late docking and although Relyon had notice of this they were totally unable to cope. There were long queues for totally inadaquate mini-buses. When we eventually got on a mini-bus and arrived at Relyon car park there was total chaos. Not enough staff to help with the luggage, People with cars waiting to get them parked, and people waiting in queues with their luggage to be taken to their ship. No-one to help us - we are both disabled but one of us had to go into the car-park and look for our car while the other minded our luggage. Then we had to load it into our car ourselves. I had telephoned Relyon before booking to check that help with luggage was available and I was assured that it was. We were totally stressed out and very disappointed with the service, and had to face a 7-hour drive after that experience.

Mr Round 05 July, 2010

Despite difficulty in finding the site because of a closed bridge with road works this facility provides an excellent alternative to parking in the port at around a third of the cost. There was no waiting around in either getting to the boat or on the return. The only drawback is the time it takes (20 - 30 minutes) for the shuttle service to weave its way through Dover as the site is located on the edge of the town, and the same time in finding and leaving it. Nevertheless, I would have no hesitation in using it again or in recommending it to others.

We were extremely impressed by the way we were able to book our parking online so easily, and when we arrived at the car park we were dealt with immediately and were transferred to the docks to commence our cruise. On our return Relyon were there to meet us and our car was waiting ready for our departure home. An excellent service would definitely recommend and will use again.

Everything was OK and the staff very, very polite and helpful. We would recommend it to everyone interested. It's a little bit away from the docks but it's toatally worth its money.

An E mail advising of the road works affecting the route to the parking site would have been very useful as the diversion was very unclear. Otherwise a good parking site.
