  • Take the 1st exit from the 4th roundabout leading to York Street.
  • At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit, onto the High Street.
  • At the 5th set of lights turn left into Coombe Valley Rd.
  • Continue to the next roundabout and take the 1st exit off, into Poulton Close Industrial Estate.
  • Continue for a short distance, the car park is on the right just past Coombes Kitchen Cafe.
  • FROM M2/A2: Leave M2 at J7 and take the A2 to Dover. Drive directly into Dover heading for Whitfield roundabout (McDonalds).
  • Take the 4th exit off the roundabout onto Whitfield Hill. Take the 1st exit off the next roundabout joining London Rd (A256).
  • Continue passing the 1st set of lights at Crabble and continue to the bottom of the rd.
  • Continue through the lights onto Buckland Ave. Carry on straight through the 3rd set of traffic lights and turn right into Cherry Tree Ave.
  • At the end of the road turn right, then take the 1st left at the next set of lights into Coombe Valley Road.
  • Continue to the next roundabout and take the 1st exit off, into Poulton Close Industrial Estate.

Staff were vey friendly, booked in car without any hassle. Car was then driven away to be parked by staff member. Transport to the dock left immediately. Luggage was loaded into the coach and taken straight from there to the cabin, saving having to haul suitcases around. Felt that the car was being left in safe hands. Recommended.

The transfers to the port were very efficient and the buses were waiting for us when we arrived back and our car was ready so it was all very quick

The overall experience was good although it was overshadowed by the lengthy traffic delay near the B2011 and the rather busy roads of Dover causing us to be late. However, once we arrived everything was done to expedite our booking in and transfer to the terminal The pick up was also well handled and we were able to collect our car and be on our way. Extra toilet facilties would help as there was only one loo!!!

Did all that we expected with good personal touch that was very welcome on a bad weather day. Waiting for us on arrival back and transfers very good.Will use again if the situation arises.

We were very happy with the service given and the team are very efficient and well organised.The car was there waiting for us on our return which was a great comfort especially as Dover port was closed that day due to high winds and we were redirected from Portsmouth. Relyon coped very well with this unexpected problem! It is advisable to follow the directions given by Relyon rather than follow the Sat nav which we inadvertently followed on our return journey! It is very cross country and along windy narrow farm lanes which you think are leading no where!I would have been very worried had we followed the Sat nav route on our outward journey! Staff are all friendly and offer a super customer service. Thank you.

Not as close to the cruise terminal as other car parks but that's reflected in their lower prices. But given the excellent transfers between car park and terminal you may as well save a bit.

would recommend this as good value for money. Was very impressed with the pick up after the cruise and the fact that our car was ready and waiting for us. Could improve in the office department...staff seemed irritated when we arrived as both were on the phone. Also driver who took us to the port wasnt chatty at all .. Driver who brought us back was better.
