Arrival Procedure
Drive into the parking lot and report to the office with your confirmation email or booking reference. A Relyon driver will park your car and you will be transferred to the terminal by the Courtesy Shuttle.
Departure Procedure
A Courtesy Shuttle Bus will take you back to the car park. The bus will be waiting outside the Travel Centre, which is on the right hand side of the terminal (ground floor).

Directions to Relyon Cruise and Ferry Parking
We recommend using the directions provided and an up-to-date map to locate the car park. Please be aware that satellite navigation systems vary and are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park.
- FROM M20/A20: Drive into Dover passing over 3 roundabouts before joining Snargate Street.
- Take the 1st exit from the 4th roundabout leading to York Street.
- At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit, onto the High Street.
- At the 5th set of lights turn left into Coombe Valley Rd.
- Continue to the next roundabout and take the 1st exit off, into Poulton Close Industrial Estate.
- Continue for a short distance, the car park is on the right just past Coombes Kitchen Cafe.
- FROM M2/A2: Leave M2 at J7 and take the A2 to Dover. Drive directly into Dover heading for Whitfield roundabout (McDonalds).
- Take the 4th exit off the roundabout onto Whitfield Hill. Take the 1st exit off the next roundabout joining London Rd (A256).
- Continue passing the 1st set of lights at Crabble and continue to the bottom of the rd.
- Continue through the lights onto Buckland Ave. Carry on straight through the 3rd set of traffic lights and turn right into Cherry Tree Ave.
- At the end of the road turn right, then take the 1st left at the next set of lights into Coombe Valley Road.
- Continue to the next roundabout and take the 1st exit off, into Poulton Close Industrial Estate.
- Continue for a short distance, the car park is on the right just past Coombes Kitchen Cafe.

Site is run down scruffy with few facilities but they offer a prompt transfer service, it is much cheaper than parking at the docks & having used them for mnay years - have never had a problem.
I had left my internal light on,so the battery was flat. It was bitterly cold on arriving back,but the car was ready and warmed up.
Didn't have to wait at all to get to the ferry port and called them as we were docking. The van was there before we arrived. Excellent Service and extremely courteous.
The Relyon site is a bit tucked away and on first sight looked a bit rough, but actually the staff there could not have been more helpful in speeding us to our cruise. The cruise over and efficient transfer back from the ship, we found the car easily and were away home. "Simples!"
Directions to car park very good. Transport to the ship at Dover was very prompt with no waiting at all. Same on our return, luggage put in the car for us, ideal if you are elderly as we are. We will most certainly use gosimply again.
It took a bit of effort to locate the parking area as I am unfamiliar with the one way system in Dover. It was not 100% convenient to wait in the dark at the ferry terminal to be picked up.
We have use them 6 times and have alway been happly with the packing and tansfers.
I was a little bit apprehensive about leaving my car for the week on an industrial estate but the service was friendly, the car park was obviously secure and my mind was put at ease. Came back to find the car in the same condition I left it and easy to access. It worked out at about £4 per day which I found to be very reasonable. Would use Relyon again without hesitation.
Along with a another couple we arranged priority disembarkation from the ship at 0800, because of long journeys home. We had been told coaches would be on hand from 0800. They were, but we then waited till 0830 while the driver hung on for more passengers.
My heart sank as I found myself driving away from the docks and across Dover to the Relyon car park. I need not have feared. A coach was waiting to transfer us the instant we arrived. Our cases were taken from our car, loaded on the coach and were next seen waiting for us when we arrived at our cabin. On the return - there was no wait as minibuses were at the port ready to take us to our car. Again, it was ready and waiting for us on the forecourt when we got to the car park.
Inevitably cruises mean a heavy concentration of demand with passengers disembarking en masse. With this in mind, we were expecting to have some delay but did not expect to have to wait for so long. And when we got on the coach, there was still a long queue. With only 4 vehicles operating, and a round trip of approaching 30 minutes I would guess, more capacity is needed. On the positive side, the drivers were very helpful and cheerful. And of course, any irritation needs to be balanced against the fact that we saved £30 compared with parking on the docks
I can highly recomend you as your service was excellent also the location was cenral to the cruise terninal.
The parking was easy to find with the instructions provided. They were expecting our arrival, so we got there and three minutes later we were in the courtesy shuttle that took us to the cruise. We we returned, we were worried about how to get to the parking, but as soon as we got off the cruise, a person from relyon was waiting for us to take us back to the parking. Once there, they were waiting for us with the car´s key in their hands. Two minutes and we were on our way home. The car was in the same shape as we left it. Absolutely recommendable!!!
Everything about the parking was excellant: the directions to the parking were precise, the staff were happy and very helpful, a coach was ready and waiting for transport to and from the ferry and my car was ready by the site office for collection, with a member of staff handing out car keys as we disembarked from the coach. It took just seconds to load the car and start on my journey home. The parking surface may have been a little rough, but at least there were no puddles of water to step into which invariably happens with a tarmac surface.
Please with service offered and good value. every component was satisfactory or better. cheerful reception and ease of use. transfer fine. will use again
No problem dropping off car. Took us to the ship immediately without delay. On the way back they were waiting and took us straight back to to car, no fuss. Would recommend.
A very efficient company who were courteous and picked us up within ten minutes of our phone call to inform them of our return
This is the seconond time that i have used the parking facilities at dover and it was just the same as last year i highly recommend them
Very reasonable prices, great and speedy journey to the ferry and pick up on demand - especially valued at the end of a long day - brilliant.
My family and I took some time finding the car park so we were extremely tired, but we were welcomed into the car park with a warm smile :) The shuttle bus that took us to the port was quick and the driver was extremely friendly and helpful regarding our return! We were to call them before we landed at the port, so that we could be picked up, which was extremely helpful. Our car was just the way we left it and the same man with the warm smile welcomed us back, would definitely recommend their service! Five stars!
