Relyon Cruise and Ferry Parking reviews

We were very happy with the service given and the team are very efficient and well organised.The car was there waiting for us on our return which was a great comfort especially as Dover port was closed that day due to high winds and we were redirected from Portsmouth. Relyon coped very well with this unexpected problem! It is advisable to follow the directions given by Relyon rather than follow the Sat nav which we inadvertently followed on our return journey! It is very cross country and along windy narrow farm lanes which you think are leading no where!I would have been very worried had we followed the Sat nav route on our outward journey! Staff are all friendly and offer a super customer service. Thank you.

Not as close to the cruise terminal as other car parks but that's reflected in their lower prices. But given the excellent transfers between car park and terminal you may as well save a bit.

The service is good but 10 min is a little far from the port but save GBP15, what can you say?

would recommend this as good value for money. Was very impressed with the pick up after the cruise and the fact that our car was ready and waiting for us. Could improve in the office department...staff seemed irritated when we arrived as both were on the phone. Also driver who took us to the port wasnt chatty at all .. Driver who brought us back was better.

Value -Cheapest available in area, but no competition. Service-Cheerful staff but what they said would happen, didn't. Return -Told vehicle would be waiting for pick up. No it wasn't. -No indication of pick up point as placard laid on floor. -After half hour wait Relyon arrived with half full van turned around and left all ten waiting clients. Reclaim-Keys had to be 'FOUND' on display board. Sum up -Not a company to RELY ON. Needs competition.

Excellent all round service and good value. Couldn't fault it. definitely recommended.

Easy to find and prompt bus service on our way to our cruise. Friendly and professional staff. Reylon paid for a taxi on our return journey as we were the last passengers for the car park. Very pleased with the service overall.

The transfer to the ship was reasonably smooth with a wait for other passengers. However they appeared to be a little disorganised for the return transfer. It appeared that they had insufficient transfer vehicles for the number of reurning customers; so there was quite a wait for the transfer. Nevertheless the experience was not too bad overall.

Despite clear directions into Dover,once into the final turning there was no mention that the parking lot was at least 1/2 a mile away thro a railway tunnel and over a roundabout with no signs to be seen. Others were complaining on arrival.Not good if short of time !! Return journey was very cramped in a 9 seater mini bus. I shall try a B&B with parking next time.Ifeel my car would have been less damaged left on the street! I will persue my damage complaint,as I had just waxed and polished the car,and had noted any marks. They obviously park our cars too close and pay no consideration when opening doors etc.
