We drove straight to the car park following the simple directions supplied. The staff were polite and welcoming.

Poor organisation on entry left us sitting for 45 mins going nowhere, having prebooked and prepaid we could have just driven straight to a parking space instead we had to queue with cars that hadn't prepaid which made for very frustrating start to our cruise.
