the transfer chap was so helpful it made our holiday complete and hassle free.

I waited some time for the transfer bus and didn't realise the car park was so near as I could have walked. (I arrived in very heavy rain). I also had to wait 5mins to get out of car park and when I put my ticket in the machine it said I owed £67.00 although i had pre-paid and all the info on the ticket was correct. The man on the speaker did quickly verify that I had paid and opened the barrier. The transfer bus has to use the same route as the cars and as there was a problem with tickets the bus was also delayed.

The whole experience was trouble free and convenient - would definitely use this again.

Car park 3 is within an easy walk of the airport terminal. The number plate recognition system worked perfectly. We were on the M5 within minutes of getting our luggage. Convenient and good value for money.

Booking on line was easy and entering and leaving car park was straightforward and the park was convenient to terminal.

More frequent shuttle buses I had to walk from N I beat the bus both ways. The walk did me good after sitting down for so long.

Following my initial online booking I realised that I had not allowed enough time prior to picking up my car on my return. I made an online arrangement to amend my return time but did not receive a reply until nearer my departure date. In the meantime I telephoned to ask if the times had been amended following which the time was amended but incurred an addtional charge.

The car park is right apposite the airport, so easy to find and very well lit. Will definitely use again.

Plenty of room easy to find and 2 mins to walk to departures.Would use again.

easy to book on line. car park very easy to find. very easy to transfer from car park to terminal even when walking. well worth the money and would use again.

Good service at a reasonable price didn't use transfers only a 3 minute walk and car park well lit

Only downside I had was the ticket barrier not recognising my registration, meaning getting out took 3 or 4 mins sat at the barrier with a queue behind me while the parking manually searched for my reg in their paperwork.

safe and secure car park with frequent transfers to departures and return, can also walk to and fro quickly and easily first class highly recommended

It was fine. We never saw any personnel, nor did we use the transfer service.

Only issue is that my vehicle is usually not recognised on exit and have to call the car park attendant to raise the barrier

The booking was fine and the carpark was very good. I had paid a fee of £30 up front the only snag was when I came to leave and inserted my ticket it said there was an additional £78 to pay. This was an error so I had to talk to staff over the tannoy as the queue behind me got longer. It was sorted quickly and the barrier was raised. Overall very good

Arrived early in the morning, no staff around, hard to find a space,don't know where you were supposed to catch bus from so we walked to the airport. It was easy to leave when we went home. Didn't have to use the ticket and the barrier opened automatically so I assume they have number plate recognition. Could not find anywhere to leave the luggage trolley.

Shuttle arrived as soon as I parked the car. I noticed that there were some shelters in case you had to wait in the rain. I had read other comments and checked that my ticket had my reference number on it. The shuttle was waiting when I came out of the terminal. The drivers were very helpful in both directions. I would definitely recommend this service and shall use it again in June.

Very convenient. Easy entry and exit with vehicle recognition to provide ticket on entry and use same ticket on exit - no verification required elsewhere. Easy to walk to the terminal building- 4 minutes.

Everything excellent except at Exeter Long Stay on exit, so many people, including myself had to intercom the car park service attendant to allow us out and raise the barrier, as the system appeared to have problem with recognising the prepaid ticket. Might have been a fault with the system, but it caused delays and frustrations to quite a few people. Would still use the service next year if price is still competitive and hopefully they will have fixed the problem!
