There seems no way the machine at the exit knows that the fee was pre paid. For the second time I used this car park in a fortnight it indicated that I had not paid. Fortunately there was somebody at the end of the intercom who opened the gate for me, unlike the previous visit when because the plane was delayed there was nobody to help so had to pay the extra and then reclaim it back. Is there not some way the existence of a prepaid ticket can be recognised?

The barrier didn't recognise my number plate when I pulled up and it was a little confusing to know where you were supposed to park as there were lots of hire car spaces about. Perhaps some clearer signposting would be useful. However the member of staff was able to quickly sort my ticket via my booking reference on my return and the car park is very close to the terminal which is great. Would use again.

The parking process was straight forward. I don't think the carpark has been finished yet and it could do with larger or further signage to identify the entrance more clearly. It would be better to be able to exit by camera identification rather than visiting another carpark ( perhaps in the rain) to verify your parking paper. Otherwise a good parking experience.

Early one morning we park our car in an empty space, with NO visible signs. On return we found a sticker under one of our windscreen wipers that told us this space was reserved for a car hire Company, and the other windscreen wiper was also pulled out! If this is the case...a visible sign should be put into place, so we would not have parked there! I was not at all happy to have my car tampered with and left in disarray.

We love to use Exeter Airport. It is small, friendly and the car parks are nearby. The instructions were clear for entering the car park. The problems occurred when we arrived back late on Sunday evening. The system did not accept that we had prepaid and I was given a bill for the full amount. I went back to the airport and tried to use the help button - there was no response. A lady at the taxi desk suggested I spoke to the driver outside in his minivan. The member of staff was excellent. He contacted the main office and drove me back to the car park and ensured I got out safely. However, it was stressful; I had to get others to back up so I could repark and then I was late getting home.

Carpark was clearly signposted coach arrived very quickly to take us the short trip across the road to the terminal. On return at 3am in the rain coach was there waiting and dropped us right next to our car. everything was fine

We didn't use the transfer bus but all the nearest car parking spaces were way back at O. Quite a lot of the car park was cordoned off for some reason? Never set eyes on any staff.

Car park 3 was very easy to find,we managed to park straight away.When travelling with children it was a short 3min walk to the airport,which makes it easier for all the family,as there wasn't any stress in dragging our bags around.I will use this car park again and recommend it to friends and family.

The car was in the same place when we returned. Th shuttle bus dropped us next to the car, The only problem we had was at the exit, the M/C demanded more money from us. A quick call on the intercom and we were away.

Great fscility, didn't even have to use the trasfer coach as so conveniently located to airport. Would use again

When the roadworks are complete outside the car park then this will be ideal for those of us living in the Exeter catchment area. The entry and exit systems are very easy and the pick-up buses are both fast and efficient. Well worth the money.

Booking efficient but long walk from the car to the airport over very rough surface. However after delayed flight carpark attendant very helpful & obliging.

Really recommend, simple ans straightforward from car to terminal in under 5 mins great value, secure and hassle free, will use again without hesitation

Pre-booked (pre-paid) the Long Stay Car Park 3 at Exeter Airport. We were away for 1 week holiday. Parking was easy to find. We had a fair way to walk with our luggage (bay M) to airport. However, it was August so we expected it to be busy. Number plate recognition on entry didn't appear to work and we had to press button for ticket, then get ticket validated at Parking 2 office on our return from holiday to exit and avoid being charged again.

Definitely use car park 3 again. Arrive at car park, shuttle bus turned up straight away. On return journey the shuttle bus was already there waiting to take us to our car. Brilliant! Will definitely use again.

although car park 2 was closer to check in it is only the other side of the road two minutes from car park 3,not worth the extra cost.Plenty of trolleys in car park to take your luggage even with a 4 year old only took 5 minutes to walk to check in although the transfer bus was available if needed.

we were first time users of the airport. the staff made our visit much easier than expected.

Close to terminal , so easy, well done , been to all airports around uk this was the easiest by far.

This car park is at Exeter airport and literally a very short walk to the airport. Just across a small road lies the airport and I would rate it probably the best airport in the uk. We arrived home very late at night plus half an hour later than our ETA however we encountered no problems with the pre paid ticket (you don't have to pre pay but we did) through go simply. As you can probably tell I would definitely recommend both the go simply web site, car park 3 and Exeter airport.
