Exeter Airport Long Stay Car Park 4 reviews page 2

We arrived in the dark and found it difficult to find the entrance to the car parks even though we drove past them! We were directed by staff and went to car park 3. (I didn't look at the booking slip on arrival.) Also, it wasn't until we were on our way home and half to the car that we realised there was a shuttle bus. This wasn't a problem as the distance is only a couple of hundred yards and even less to car park 4. On departure our car park ticket didn't work and instantly a voice came over the intercom and asked two questions and then opened the barrier. Excellent service even though the minor hiccups were probably of my own making.

Easy to use website, courteous, helpfull staff, very easy process to execute, from booking to execution at the airport car park. A very positive experience.

On the way we walked to the terminal because shuttle driver said threough the intercom that he would be 6 or 7 minutes. Although this does not seem a long time, it was raining hard adn we were a bit late for the flight. So we walked. On ther return leg the driver was waiting outside the terminal and it was a very quick and efficient service.

Good car park and close enough to walk but no transfer bus or another person to be seen!

Arrived at carpark and the barrier opened to let me in and issued a ticket to depart. Returend from holiday and put ticket in machine and barrier went up and i drove home . Dont get much easier than that.

found the car park easily all went ok, and mini bus waiting on return only problem was the pouring rain and a husband who parked too far from the drop off point!!!!

After this hiccup we would still use the facility as it is very close and secure.

Spot on, used before and will use again. Can't find cheaper anywhere else so won't try looking in the future. Save time and go straight to GoSimply!

this is the second time we have used this car park, it's good to know that the area is secure and your car will be in the same place you left it, booked to exit at 14 30hrs didn't leave park until 15.15hrs helpful staff and no extra charge, many thanks 1st class service, dave sturgess

I ordered car park 4 online, the ticket on the gate did not pick up my registration plate, but the staff could not have been more helpful. All good and very impressed with the service I received. Will definitely be using car park 4 again on next flight out of Exeter airport.

Because of its distance from the actual airport I wonder just how good the security is.

Well worth booking ahead as it was very good value,the driver was a mine of info re: potential problems with the ticket on our return..which there was not. Easily the easiest transfer we have had at any airport, you could walk it in 10 mins max if you wanted to if the weather was half decent. It was well lit when we arrived at 4am ,the coach came within 5 mins of calling for it. So in all a very positive experience.

The bus was waiting as we left the airport building and transfer was very efficient

I found it made my travel arrangements very practical and much les stressful.

Zone 4 is a fair walk from the airport terminal. I caught the bus which took about 10 minutes to arrive. OK provided the weather is not too wet and/or cold. Otherwise, very convenient as I only booked at the last minute.

Cannot comment on shuttle on the outward journey as it was bad snow weather conditions so we had to make our own way from the car park to the airport. On our return at about 5.15pm, we placed ticket in machine at barrier and it stated that we owed £70.00 (we had pre booked/paid 3.5 weeks prior to our travel date). On pressing the call button, it rang out with no response for several minutes or more. Then a shuttle bus turned up and the driver took down our details and let us out of the car park. On returning from one's journey abroad especially in the evening, people do not want to be having to be to-ing and fro-ing to sort out parking issues and for this reason we are not keen to use the car park P4 again.

A telephone enquiry made after booking was efficiently and quickly handled. On arrival snow prevented the numberplate being read properly, the ensuing enquiries were quickly and efficiently handled. We arrived back at airport at 19.00 on Xmas day, the temperature was -10 centigrade. The car started ok but brake on one wheel was stuck on; the bus driver went out of his way to help; fetching hot water to free up the brakes - allowing us to get on our way home without having to wait for a breakdown service. Thanks to him and we will use this facility again and recommend it.

on return from holiday i tried to exit with my parking ticket.it would not allow me to it was a freezing cold night.no one to ask for help.not impressed.

Like all airport parking poor value for money. However, car-park was floodlite, though security was only a barrier, assume CCTV was montored continuously.

Very smooth experience. Transfers both ways done in the minimum of time. Will recommend to all my friends and definitely use Long Stay Car Park 4 again.
