The parking was easy and the transfer efficient. The car park appeared to be well lit and secure and the cost was reasonable. We would use it again.

excellent service,and to know the car parking was taken care of before we started our holiday gave me a piece of mind.just to get off the plane and know that there was no fees left to pay was brilliant.I would recommend this service to everyone I know.

Simple and efficient service. We were collected within minutes of parking our car and the bus driver was chatty, funny and very helpful! He even took my partner back to our car when he forgot something!! It was the same on the way back to the car after our holiday, the courtesy bus was waiting for us as we exited the car park and we were back at our car within minutes.

Good facilities and no need to hand-over the car keys to anyone else. Instructions and directions were easy to use and accurate. Good transfer service with friendly and helpful drivers. Generally a good experience, although finding the Car Park office on reurn from our holiday was more difficult than it should be. Some directions to the portacabin outside the terminal building would be useful.

It was a little further than I expected and could have been signposted better. The wait for the mini bus was longer than expected. On return you have to go to another car park to have the parking ticket validated, which is inconvenient and the opposite direction, it took a couple of minutes for the ticket to be srutinised etc etc by this time the coach had left for car park 4. I set off and walked, and during the walk there was no sign of the bus. I collected my car and left the airport, and there was still no sign of the transfer bus. I was appalled at such highly priced poor service. The ticket validation should be in the airport concourse. I paid an extortionate price of £22.75 for 2 days, the price one would expect at Heathrow! I would not use this service again and if possible avoid using Exeter airport, it's an expensive experience.

First time I have used this service. I will use again and would reccomend it to others.

we have used the long stay car park 4 many times and have never encountered any problems. A very straight forward way of parking close to the airport, transfers were regular so not much waiting around.

The friendliest transfer driver ever encountered - courteous & really helpful. Was absolutely delighted to see him again on our return! Transfers were frequent, efficient & friendly. Excellent service. Thank you.

As there was no cheaper alternative we had no other choice. The car park had a barrier but no other visible security measures. The mini bus transfer was regular and reliable, the drivers were polite and helpful.

The driver on the outward trip was not as helpful as the driver on the return trip. He was most helpful & efficient.

Very good service, we did not have to wait for the bus at all to either get to the airport or on our return, most courteous drivers as well!

a secure and convenient car park with very good courtesy bus links. overpriced due to being a captive customer with there being no convenient public transport links to the airport. pay kiosk on return could be better signposted and located and the attendant could try smiling and being more pleasant.

I park at Exeter airport twice every month from Thurs lunch time to Sunday evening and have noticed that the price has just risen by approx £3.50 for the same stay. I would welcome a frequent user discount facility. Service excellent, transfer drivers very friendly and helpful will take you almost to your car, never had to wait too long, overall experience has always been very good.

very happy expescially as no extra charges where levied due to my extra enforced stay in Spain

We thought it was quite a way from the terminal. The bus was waiting and we were very happy. Car was o.k. we had no problems. Thank you. I believe we paid more than somebody else and we wondered why.

The parking was easy to find close to the airport and shuttle buses were frequent. The drivers were very helpful with the luggage. A good choice of parking facilities for anyone.

Good however the signage showing the way to the parking office at Exeter airport is very poor

checking out could be improved by having a ticket office near the arrivals entrance,instructions should have read to turn right when exiting the arrivals hall not turn left. thanks Paul
