The transfers went well. Less then a 5 min wait for pick -up,on arrival or return. Was a bit of a tight squeeze in the mini van on our return,with 13 of us and luggage. But just about managed. I would use again , friendly service, good value parking.

Looks a bit unprofessional as the entrance is a bit tatty. Loads of cobwebs on car after only 3 days! Overall can't fault it though, got taken to airport and picked up straight away, so that's more important than how it looks to me. Thanks

We arrived early in the morning (6.30am ish), we were met promptly, had our cases transferred to the back of the mini bus and swiftly deposited at the airport departure terminal (no more than 15 minutes from arriving at their car park to arriving at airport). On arriving back from our holiday we phoned the number we had been given and were told the minibus was in the car park where we had been dropped off. We got straight on, but waited another 10 or so minutes whilst other passengers arrived - makes sense to do trips with a fullish bus I suppose. Our car was near entrance of car park when we arrived back (having left it near the back of the car park), so we didn't have a huge trek with our luggage and toddler. The car park is probably a bit rough and ready (no tarmac and white lines), but since the car wasn't going on holiday and we were, I didn't mind!

Nice man cheerfully driving bus and full of helpful suggestions even at 5am.

I did not know at the time, but you can get your car cleaned and valeted, whilst away.

Efficient and polite. punctual and courteous. I was a bit apprehensive about timings but was in the terminal building within about five minutes of parking. much better value than the parking on site. it isn't far from the airport at all. I would definitely use them again

This was the first time I had used Off-Airport Parking. I was welcomed by a cheerful member of staff at 8.30am who ferried me to the airport 5 mins down the road. Similarly on my return another friendly member of staff was waiting to transport me back to my car even though the flight landed 3 hrs late at 7.30pm,

I would definitely use this service again - so easy and so affordable (with the added bonus of being in an Antiques Center!)

Very happy with this parking service. Great price and was somebody to take us to the airport straight away and waiting for us when we got back even though it was 2 in the morning. Would definitely use again.

Very convenient,, cheap and effective service. Almost no waiting time for transfer. Aniques centre an interesting place to wait, but we had no time to see it. Car park surface a little rough in places and narrow road leading to the car park, but not really a matter of concern. Recommended.

Good friendly service,they were already to collect on return to Exeter even though our flight was late, just as well in the downpour we arrived in. Would recommend and would use again.

We parked and were taken to the airport swiftly. When our flight was cancelled we were picked up without any problem, and our car was returned to us ASAP.

The service was very efficient, driver was very friendly and it worked out a lot cheaper than the airport car park.Would definitely use again.

Probably need a slightly better coordination on arrival back, as some had to wait a while for the van to return. All good natured and friendly though.
