this was the first time I booked your car park. Except the small parking space for car and difficulty to drive out of carpark the rest was good.

This company offers great value for money. Upon arrival all staff were helpful, polite and very efficient. We were on our way to the airport within 10 mins. Upon return our key was made available within a minute, a quick call from the airport and our transport arrived. Quick transfer with safe and polite drivers. Car was perfect and from what I could see was well looked after for the 14 days. Excellent company I will use again.

We found the Flying Scot car park very easy to find even in the middle of the night, when arriving and the paper work, return transfer phone number given which took about 5 min. to complete, we were then shown to the bus our bags were loaded into the trailer and arrived at the airport shortly after no fuss or stress what so ever. After our holiday and picking up our bags from the belt we found the phone called Flying Scot and within a space of half an hour we were back in our car heading home, terrific, prompt service and very helpful courtious staff could not have asked for anything more. Will definitely be using Flying Scots sevices again.

Great service provided. Very speedy check in then the bus was a five minute drive to airport. You get dropped off and picked up a minutes walk away from terminal doors. When arriving back you call a free number to get collected again and the bus was there waiting on me when I got out.

Very pleasant staff and speedy check in. Disappointing wait of half an hour to be taken to the airport due to transfer vehicle needing fuel. Luckily we had allowed plenty of time. Speedy collection service on way back, although driver drove extremely fast over speed bumps, was glad bottles in luggage were well wrapped up.

Everything was very smooth, and it wasn't even as difficult to find as I'd feared from the email. (The large car park and "flying scot" sign were definite give aways. :-) No problems at all, just a few minutes wait for the courtesy bus each time. Fantastic price compared to parking at the airport, would use again.

I thought everything was good except the attitude of the staff on the way home. A bit cheeky on the phone when asking to be picked up

better signage in the airport for the free phone. I had to ask in the information desk. The lady there told me to use the black phone. It turned out to be a white phone.

Drop off was faultless and hassle free, staff very efficient. Transfer coach was waiting so journey from parking to airport was excellent. On arrival at Glasgow Airport, phoned ahead and transport was despatched. Straight into the office to collect keys, given directions to find car and then away. Whole experience from start to finish was fantistic, will definitely use you again in the future.

The service was very good. The drivers made the trip as were both helpful and friendly. It would be nice to have a drop and go service at the airport where we can pick up the car from the airport, but were informed this was not available.

Very happy with Flying Scot at Glasgow. Staff were helpful and friendly, the transfer was quick and I like the fact that they keep the car keys so we didn't have to worry about losing them on holiday. Only one thing was we were supposed to call Flying Scot to say we'd arrived back but couldn't find the phone that's supposed to be in the international arrivals baggage hall? And we had to ask directions to find the pick up point. However we'll know the next time, and I would use them again.

No hassle parking for transfer to airport. Directions a bit hard to follow. Once at airpark no problem.
