There has been a significant improvement in the customer relations associated with this Company - a far better experience on this occasion. The staff were friendly and helpful, although I am still not impressed with having to drag my luggage around to where the car is parked - better facilities present the car close to the bus drop off or have the bus drop you off with luggage at your car.

Friendly service ,driver was very helfful with cases and directions to get us on our way home when we got back.

Having used 'Flying Scot' many times previously I have no hesitation in recommending them. Their punctual service and friendly staff make leaving your car as hasstle-free as it could be. It's also a much cheaper option than leaving your car at the airport.

Was pleased to have directions , if you had given the yardage as well it would have been helpful as was further from motorway than i had expected .

First class service, courteous helpful staff and excellent value for money. I've used this service before and will use it again. When I arrived to drop off my car the bus was already waiting to take me to the airport, which took only minutes. On the return journey the bus was already waiting for me at the airport and within minutes I was in my car on my journey home. Would strongly recommend this service to others

I had a little difficulty finding car park as my sat nav took me along Well Street.Staff polite and helpful and a very positive experience which I would repeat.

I was impressed with the speed and efficiency of the staff whom I found to be very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely use Flying Scot Parking again.

Found easily due to directions on website which was important as we arrived at 4.30 am. Minibus was waiting as we unloaded car, driver assisted with luggage including skis. We paid £3 for a wash and wax for the car on our return. Journey to airport was quick. On return we phoned , minibus was waiting, we had to wait a few minutes for other passengers, no problem. Car was waiting clean and shiney and within a few minutes we were on our way. Very hassle free and quick. would recommend to friends and use again. We tried Flying Scot this time due to being a good bit cheaper and were not disappointed.

I have recommended it to my daughter who is flying to spain on holiday at the beginning of next month.

On arrival at the airport I phoned the Flying Scot car park and was advised that the shuttle bus had just left the airport and would return there in twenty minutes. Since it was a cold night we remained in the airport concourse for ten minutes before proceeding to the shuttle pick up point. The shuttle bus was in fact already there, with an irate driver telling me that we were late. I explained the information that we had been given on the phone. The driver refused to take us on board. He drove off and left us. I had to hire a taxi at a cost of six pounds to take us to the car park. I will never use Flying Scot again. There seemed to be no proper system of communication between the car park office and the shuttle system. It was a shambles, and a rude one at that.

I have used Flying Scot parking in Glasgow several times and found them best value for money at Glasgow airport.

Did what it had to do, kept my car safe, got us promptly to the airport and were waiting for us upon arrival and for a small few they even washed the car which was a handy add on, all in all i was impressed with their operations and would both recommend and use the company again as its great value for money

outward journey from check in to arrival at airport first class return even better.Iwent to the wrong pick up point and the driver took my luggage to the bus as I pushed my wifes wheelchair.I have already recommended to my family and workmates.Regards Pat.

I can thoroughly recommend using the Flying Scot Carpark for its secure car parking and transfer facility and will always use in the future. Thanks David Meldrum

The parking site is close to the airport and the transfers were quick. I booked in on line easily. Check in and return was hassle free.

A car load of tired stressed 'almost holliday makers' managed to find the depo no probs and flying scot took over with no hastles , also upon returning to the airport our bus was already waiting ensuing a brief transfer of tired bodies !!
