I dont have a great sense of direction, so as there wasnt far to go when leaving the m/way to get to SwiftPark, i chose this site. But i still managed a wrong turn as i misread the directions.However once on the right track - Swiftpark Abbotsinch was very easy to get to and was close to the airport. The staff were helpful and the transfers were punctual. I would use Swiftpark again.

when you call to get picked up you take referance number you know therefor who should you should picked up

I would highly recommend SwiftPark Abbotsinch. Staff were efficient, transfer was quick and definitely worth the money.

Park your car near their office, which is beside the transfer vehicles, deposit your keys and register the vehicle. Upon return to uplift, your vehicle has been moved to a proper parking bay nearby. Very good, efficient service and I would reccommend.

Very good in providing services, friendly staff, helped me in giveing assistance to re- inflate car tyre.

It was easy to book online excellent value for money. When we arrived and handed in our keys we waited only a couple of minutes for the transfer to the airport. On our return the transfer was very quick to pick us up again. We phoned from the airport terminal and by the time we walked along to the pick up point the transfer was there for us. We will definatley use this service again.

I used the facilities for the first time would use them again.Pity they did'nt have bigger transfer buses as a party of four with alot of bags,we let parties of two infront adding alot of time on our wait.

On arrival, advised to park outside office. Staff member then came in a told me I had to move it, vagely indicating car park.Small mini bus then came & my son had to sit on floor, surely dangerous. On return from holiday, called as instructed and was advised they were very busy and would get us asap. Inadequate bus turned up after 10 mins with no room and we had to wait for a further 15 mins for next bus which then crammed as many people as possible in before returning us to our car. To be fair, price was very reasonable, but unlikely to use again.

Company seems to have different owners and staff who were not the friendliest staff. Transfer minibus was a bit of a wreck with seats removed and holes in the flooring. Probably wont use this parking again. Max of 4 people in the bus with lots of wasted space had to leave 2 people at airport and return for them while only carrying 4 people in minibus.

The car park was easy to find, however, very limited spaces, in fact we had to go around a couple of times to find the 1 vacant designated parking spot. Upon our return the car had be moved and silly little things like the drivers seat & morrors hadn't been put back in place which was a bit irrating. Overall I'd describe the service as adequate for what we wanted.

We were out the car with two small children two big cases straight into shuttle bus .straight to airport within ten minutes.On return we telephoned swiftpark from baggage carousel and the young driver was waiting at bus stop and he and my husband chatted away which made the journey evenless time collected the car and we were on our way back to kirkcaldy.All in all fast and effiecent!!

We were disappointed when we arrived back that we had such bother getting through to them. We eventually contemplated getting a taxi to their parking place we were so exasperated trying to get through. When you're tired and it's pouring it's the last thing you need.

Booking over the phone was quick and convenient. Easy to find with given instructions and staff were very friendly face to face. First class service.

Car par was easy to find and very close to the airport. On our return to bGlasgow the car was parked for us at the reception so we didn't have to go searching amongst hundreds of cars as we usually don't remember where we left it! We would definately use Swiftpark again.

The service was good, friendly and efficient. Best of all it was really easy to find and get away from, minutes away from a major roundabout and access to the M8

Absolutely no problems with this company, friendly staff, left car in front of their office and they moved it for us and on return from holiday had it ready for us near the dropoff. Transfers to and from airport were more or less instant, would definitely use company again without a doubt!!! By far the best we have used so far and excellent value for money. :)

We arrived back at 5am,very tired,Our car had been moved and our remote would not work to open car,when we used key the car wouldn't start,When we asked staff about this they said that the cars do not get moved,They clearly think that two weeks away dulls the memory,They jump started the car for usand we found the interior light on and the electric window switch jammed in,After this they still insisted they don't move the carswhen the car was in different part of the car prk,I just wish that i had noted the mileage,I won't be using them again as the staff are rude and are liars.

It was pouring of rain and the portacabin that is the office was crowded, so some people were outside. The driver on our return was rude to one passenger on the return journey probably because the vehicle was too small for all the people that were waiting to be collected and he was stressed by it.

Not at all impressed that they took 10 people in an 8 seater minibus! A child of about 7 sat on his father's knee in the front! Surely breaking all health & safety regulations. It would not have been my child. I would not have allowed this. Driver just could not be bothered making 2 trips.

The only thing which I didn't enjoy was the distance to walk at the terminal - yes, I know it wasn't far, but I am disabled, and there were no luggage trolleys there. Not your fault - you must have been allotted that spot - but I sure would have appreciated being set down further up the road. Apart from that, I really was most impressed, price was great, staff were great, everything was punctual and it was really close to the airport. I have already recommended you to friends.
