This is a service which we will use again. The transfer time to the airport is minmal, the staff are friendly and honest. We had a huge amount of luggage and a pram, but were treated admirably. On our return form holiday we carelessly left bags at the car park, but these were kept safe for us until we returned to collect them.

It took ages to find where it was, even on the area where it is I couldnt see a sign. When I got there late it was locked, no one was around, I was told there was generally tow on and he was doing a transfer himself. Poilite and helpful was the staff on both journeys.

On arrival at the Coney park site the staff member was prepared for our arrival and took the keys promptly and explained the procedure to me, the bus arrived soon after and took us directly to the airport. On return we were met by a friendly staff member who took us and 3 other groups of passengers back to the site, he was also concerned about an elderly's car that would not start for them and offered help.

Useful being collected right outside terminal as it was pouring rain on our return and we did not therefore have to cart luggage out to the airport car park.

Although the meeting area and reception are a little shabby it doesn't detract from an overall pleasant experience.

Always use this facility and everything is always straightforward. Driver never lets us down on return and staff are very friendly.

We were transferred to airport within 5 minutes of arrival. Minibus was waiting for us when we returned. Car waiting near entrance when we got to car park. Pleasant and friendly staff. Good value for money.

Easy to find with helpful staff who helped with our luggage. Seat belts on the coach which were essential for me as we have 2 small children. Dropped off right outside departures and told where we needed to check in. Bus waiting for us when we arrived back and driven right next to our car. Brilliant.

The location is ideal, only minutes away from airport. Very helpful driver and everything was soooo easy. Car ready to be picked up in designated area. Great service with no problems whatsoever.

Found the service good and reliable. My main comment is the 5 day minimum charge when you only park for 24 hours.

Booking was simple over the internet. Car park directions were easy to follow and the staff were courteous and helpful with luggage. Also the pick up point was well signposted. A good service which we would use again.

We were kept waiting to be taken to airport even though we had been delayed getting to the drop off point by traffic and were running late - it would have helped if they had had a second bus.

As soon as we arrived we were dealt with quickly by friendly staff and were soon on our way to the airport. On our return the bus was waiting for us and there was no waiting or hanging around in the cold, we were taken straight to our vehicle all which took only 5 mins or so. Fast, Friendly and efficient service.

A good quick experience run in a professional manner. I would certainly use Airport Garage Services again. The only bad point i can make is that on return to the car park my car was parked very close to another and that car door was opened onto mine by the owner and caused a slight mark which i was lucky to polish out so i suggest more room being left between them.

I can now extend my airport options to Leeds/Bradford.

Airport Garage services is a very efficient and worry free service on time with pick ups easy access and simple but effective service.
