I would have no hesitation in booking long stay parking in the future. All instructions are simple to understand and easy to follow.

This is the second time we have used the Leeds/Bradford long stay car park and again we found it very simple to get to. Using our card for entry and exit meant we did not loose the parking ticket!!!We have booked again in July and again in August from Heathrow. Thankyou!

Leaving the carpark was harrowing as the machine would not after several attempts accept the correct credit card. When it finally did, I noticed that a charge of £46 had been logged. 3 days later that amount has been withdrawn from my account although I had pre-paid for the parking. I have been in contact with the company and in fairness they have acknowledged my complaint and are looking into it. My fear now is using the machine again in case the same happens.

Booking on line was very easy and the speed with which I was able to get into and leave the car park was excellent.The shuttle bus was prompt and the driver friendly and efficient.I thought the pricing was fair also. I will certainly use your service again.My daughter suggested that I use your service as she uses it on a regular basis from Heathrow/Gatwick.

Ease of finding the parking was good and the use of my debit card was very efficient for entering and exiting the car park. I would definately use this car park again.

Travelling on own with toddler and buggy, no help was given to bring on child or luggage Car park was clean (no litter around) No idea when next bus was due though
