The hotel and its drop-off area could be much better signposted. Our driver had difficulty in finding the hotel in the dark, and found himself going through the actual airport departure point. Otherwise the Ibis provided us with what we needed for a convenient and early get away in the morning for our flight.

This is my second stay with Ibis in a month. Designed to meet the travellers needs perfectly. Air Parks easy to get to. Meet and great service excellent. Hotel location right next to terminus, and bed super comfortable. What more can I say

A bit disapointed to find the car had to be driven to Mackadown Lane which is a 15 min bus ride from airport the price includes off site parking There is a free bus to and from carpark did not fancy getting all luggage on the bus back to carpark they will return your car for the charge of £25 when you return. If l had got a early morning flight would use again

Good to have the hotel on the airport to avoid any problems checking in early in the morning. Pick Up point for transfer bus back to parking could be specified or signed better. Otherwise no problems and good value

Good room clean tidy comfortable (could have a soap machine near the wash basin) as well as the one in the shower .. Nice bar and restaurant .

Check in was fast. Bed was comfy. TV was small but OK. Bathroom is compact with a shower but was clean and the shower was powerful. We left early the next morning. When we checked out we asked if we could leave a cool box block to pick up on our return. This wasn't a problem and was waiting for us a week later.We would use this hotel again if we have an early flight from Birmingham

The hotel seemed fine except that we were woken up in the middle of the night by very nisey shouting screaming inconsiderate guests at the hotel.Also when we left we just placed our room key over onto the reception counter as there was no staff available at 10am which was not satisfactory.

We were so impressed by the rooms - not too small - absolutely lovely ensuite - very modern looking shower area. Lovely and clean and you could hear very little from the other rooms. We will definitely try and use this franchise again. thank you

Easy to book, good price. Telephoned hotel prior to leaving UK to advise our late check in on return to UK-not a problem. Rooms spotless, compact and very suitable for an overnight stay after a long night flight. Very close to airport and no noise.

Clean and comfortable room. Perfectly located near short stay car park. Just a mere 5 min walk to terminal 1. Snack meals OK but on the expensive side. Would definetely recommend staying in this hotel as excellent value for money and it served its purpose beautifully!

considering this hotel is just yards away from the airport it was amazing that we never heard one plane while we were there. It was ideally placed, chic and comfortable, and a nice view out of the window which was a bonus. Would go there again and recommend it to friends.

i have used this hotel previously, every time I fly out of Birmingham I try and get a room. It is extremely popular being 250m from the terminal building. The service is excellent, the staff are extremely professional and polite. The hotel rooms are spacious and are extremely modern and comfortable. We took a deal which incorporated Airparks offsite parking again extremely professional, where else can you get an overnight stay and a weeks car parking for £68. Would I recommend this hotel and this firm, er yes. Would I stay here again without a doubt.

I know its not but i felt it was a family run hotel. All the staff around the hotel made me fell at home. Well done all.

Two minutes across from the air terminal,clean, friendly, great atmosphere in the bar and restaurant.The best place to stay at when you have an early morning flight .The holiday actually starts here!
