The room was too warm and by 9pm most of the dining room menu had run out of most of its choice. was left with the fish and chips which frankly was horrid. Otherwise the room was quite clean and ideal for a overnight stay

The transfer bus back to the off site parking was a bit poor the bus had to leave alot of passengers as it was full behind to wait another 20 mins . Surely as they know when and how many passengers are arriving back they could provide adiquate transport back

This is no frills hotel right by the terminal building. Rooms were clean, noise free and adequate in terms of space and facilities. Reception both on check in and check out was efficient and friendly

The room first rate and good value the food service was slow, we waited over 45 minutes for our main course and paying the bill was nearly impossible

We stayed here as part of a park & stay package due to an early morning flight from Birmingham airport. The check-in was quick & efficient & the room very clean, light, comfy & functional. The beds & duvets in particular were great! We also loved the "shower room pod" as we christened it! We used the bar & ate in the restaurant & had friendly service & good food. Although we didn't want breakfast, it was great to see that it was possible to have breakfast from 4.00am! In the morning (4.30:-() it was perfect to just walk across the road to the terminal. All in all, a great experience & fantastic value.

from entering to leaving we found the staff very helpfull on all levels, we will book with you again if we recieve the same welcoming package. May i offer you congratulations for your sterling work and training towards customers relations. The proof of the pudding is in the eating.

very easy to leave your car and car was waiting for us when we returned Ibis Hotel was excellent good rooms good food and drink so handy to airport stress free way to travel thank you so much

WE only stayed overnight and needed to be up at 4.00 am the alarm on the TV seemed to have 'chinese' instructions however when reception was approached for instructions they offered ana alarm call which was appreciiated and write on time. The car parking at Airparks was also very efficient.

Because this Ibis hotel is right opposite the airport terminals, we had no worries about arriving at our early-morning check-in on time. The room was spotless and comfortable and the staff friendly, efficient and helpful. We parked at the short-term car park beside the hotel, checked in and then took the car to the off-site parking company. It would probably have been easier to take the car to the off-site parking first and use a transfer coach: there was a coach every half-hour. We paid an extra £20 for the "meet and greet" service, whereby our car was brought to us on arrival back in the UK - an excellent way to get on to the road home quicker.

the bed wasn't the best we've slept in, room had tv, computer point, shower, towels. bar area doubled as resturant so not that relaxing but for an over night stay was adequate.
