This hotel was great for an over night stay before flying. Check in and check out was hassle free. The rooms were very comfortable with double glazing which ensured a silent night. Food was available 24/7. It was only a 2min walk from hotel to departures, perfect!.

Used this Ibis hotel with car parking facilities (Airparks) before and cannot fault it. Two minutes walk from hotel to airport check-in!

We did not have the use we should due to a major change of flight time. But apart from a bit of a delay finding the second of the two bookings I made when we did get to our rooms we were very pleased. Beds comfortable all the amenities we needed all in all a very pleasant experience and would stay again.

Hotel facilities were excellent. Except, do check that unless you actually require it, your room does not include a disabled bathroom, as the design of this facility did not incorporate a shower tray, the water pressure was fixed to power and although there was a shower curtain and drain, within half a minute the whole bathroom floor was under water! When reported to the reception they immediately rectified the flood with mops and towels and offered to move us to another room, but since we were only staying one night we opted to stay put.

the plug was blocked, the receptionist was very unfriendly - seemed to be a problem to check us in a mildly friendly manner and also gave us incorrect directions to the airport departures

A nice room that actually had a view. Totally suitable for my needs for the night before travel. Location excellent

My only fault was the lack of directions to the Airparks Car Park. Not having been given an address or post code, we found it extremely difficult to find. Luckily a very friendly and helpful policeman gave us very good directions. The shuttle service was very good.

Only negative was the difficulty of locating the Airparks car park without satnav (I ended up in Coventry!)

The overall experience was fine. The room was clean and comfortable, although not massive. The bathroom was quirky but clean and all worked well. The bed was comfortable and it had nice bedding. A little more space to pull up at the front of the hotel to unload would have helped. Also I was meant to have information about car parking but this was not sent to me so I had to ask the receptionist at the hotel, who was tied up with another customer, while my partner waited in the car outside unable to park. Otherwise a good experience.
