Trying to find this car park is a complete nightmare.Even people we met on holiday who lived in Birmingam had difficulty finding it.Then when we did arrive there and were in a rush to get to the airport,we found there was only one person serving a a large qeue of people.Transfers were only every half an hour and workers on bus just stood by and watched us struggling to put our cases on.Never again!!

Had to look carefully to follow directions but otherwise straightforward and easy to use. Staff polite and helpful, booking receptionist cheery and pleasant even at 2.a.m.!

Excellent service, safe for women on there own, easy to find, would reccomend this to others

The staff at Airparks were excellent, very helpful on picking up my car, even after I left my bar code in Vegas. the transfers were immediate, we did'nt have to wait at all on either the outward journey or the return journey.

We always use Airparks,as we find they take the stress out of the parking problem.The cost is just about right for the level of security,and being able to just jump on a coach go to the airport.

Clearer signposting to the site would be helpful for those (like us last time) that haven't used you before The right turn at the last roundabout after leaving the main A41 needs a clearer sign (is there one at all?) Other than that we were quite satisfied

The abiliy to have the car delivered to the airport on arrival for £20 was a bonus to what was a cheap car parking fee.

Fairly easy to find, although last bit could have been better signed. Close to airport, friendly staff. Would use Airparks again

I have used this cr parking service on a few occasions and have always found them to be helpful, friendly and efficient. There transfers cannot be bettered as we found to our cost when we used another service - and waited an hour for a return transfer at the end of our holidy which was the last thing we wanted.

Very efficient service and the staff fully explained what the procedure was - quick transfers to and from the airport. Would definately recommend using again

Was not expecting airparks to be in such a built up residential area. Can be a bit difficult to find as signage is poor on route.

all arrangements were fine even though there were no direct signs from Sheldon. Be warned though, the bus journey is a good 25 mins through the back streets. Good price and very well organised. Coach clean, modern and comfortable.

Receptionist having an argument with her supervisor over overtime when arrived. Then aggressively demanded i remove key fob...prevents no risk to them. parking staff fine. driver rather grumpy..airparks staff never assist with cases unlike others. biggest problem is only transfer every 30 mins and you can't call on return...so you can be waiting in cold for 30 mins. others you can call and will wait if know through customs. balanced against, are one of nearer to airport.

no real problems. Easy to find, convenient with no walking at all as your car is parked for you. A little delay waiting for the return transfer but cannot complain with hte overall value.

quick and easy. will use again. could do with better road signs to find the car park, apart from that no worries at all.

Everything was very good except that we did wait longer than expected on the return journey from the Airport to collect the car.

We followed the instructions sent by you to find the car park and up to the instruction "Follow signs for 'Off Site Parking (Airport) Site A'" everything worked satisfactorily. However, having turned right at the traffic lights towards Garretts Green we could not see any signs for 'Off Site Parking', as mentioned above, and were completely lost! It was three o'clock in the morning and it might be because it was dark we failed to see the signs. We finally had to ask a taxi driver where you were situated. At one point I was seriously worried we would miss our 'plane! When we did evetunally find you everything worked like closkwork.

The car park was extremely easy to use. All the thinking has been done for you so you can relax.
