Meet and Greet
Simply call Maple Manor on the number on your booking confirmation 20 minutes before your arrival at the terminal. When you call choose option 1. At the airport, stay in the right-hand lane and follow "Valet Parking" signs. If you are disabled and are a Blue Badge holder, you can be met in the disabled parking bays next to the terminal. You'll need to ask for this when you call to say you are 20 minutes from arriving.
Call Maple Manor once you have collected your bags from the baggage hall. As you exit the terminal, follow signs to "Valet Parking".


Maple Manor Meet and Greet is a meet and greet service, so you are met at Birmingham Airport's terminal.


Maple Manor Meet and Greet offers the following security features whilst your vehicle is stored.

All Maple Manor staff are comprehensively insured to drive on the highway, and are CRB checked.

Only legal vehicles with a valid MOT certificate will be accepted. No refunds will be given for illegal vehicles that are not collected.

Parking is for cars only and they must fit into a standard sized parking space (2.4 metres x 4.8 metres). If your car does not fit into a standard parking space, you must call Ace prior to the drop off date and extra charges may apply. Minibuses and large vehicles may be refused if you have not made prior arrangements with Ace. Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats will not be accepted.

If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.
