The only issue was the car park was barriered off when we got there as and marked as full telling you to use a different car park, if I didn't stop and challenge this I would have to park somewhere else what would have happened then as there was nothing to say pre paid cars were allowed in. Once I spoke to the person we were allowed in.

I like parking with this company at this site as it's just a short walk across the road to arrivals. The online booking is simple and no fuss easy to pay with peace of mind that your car is safe and secure, we are flying out again in august and will be using these facilities again ...

I was very happy with every aspect of the experience, except when returning to the airport at night, we found it pretty near impossible to gain access to the car park without walking right round to the car entrance. This was because from the terminal the doors were not signed or lit and there was no access to a lift that we could find. The stairwell was totally dark. This is a pity as it all worked pretty well otherwise.

Paid for 2 days parking and when we inserted the card on departure it told us that there was £54 to pay. Pressed the button for assistance and explained our predicament and the chap at the other end did not even offer an apology. But we got out, that's the main thing!

No lift in carpark 3 . No indication how to get from parking to departure. Very difficult getting out of park with luggage bacuse of cars leaving airport in front of main excit. Will never use carpark 3 again

We booked through the internet. It was easy to do and reasonably priced. We didn't have to drive around for too long to find a space, and had no trouble finding the car. Would have no problem using you again.

Could not believe how easy it was with new automatic system with number plate recognition. Arrived at barrier, no plate recognised, screen welcomes you by name, find a space park, and when you return , just drive out , the barrier opens automatically and away you go. Simple. I will use the same car park in future.
