Overall a good experience but on collecting our keys to travel home head office apparently decided to reboot the servers and the machine that returns your keys was out of action for a while. I'm glad there were staff on hand to advise what the problem was but it did make me think why does it have to be so automated anyway? All in all I am pleased and would most likely use again.

I was happy with this service, as I was using it for the first time and did not know what to expect. I found it efficient, with no delays and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I shall be using it in future.

During park weather cnditions made my car dirty so next time I think wish to wash my car.

When we missed our flight we were able to collect our car and return the following day. Staff were excellent and helpful. The next day they were expecting us and all arrangements had been made to leave the car and return to the airport. Would recommend Airparks to all my family and friends. Thank you for all your help.

Very good service. The one thing I would change is to have proper system at the airport so that those who arrive at the pick up point first are able to get on the bus first. There was a lot of passengers pushing in causing resentment. Our driver in particular was very good and helpful. Thank you.

Transfer both ways good no waiting around service at the airpark very good and helpfull neat system with bar codes and retrieving keys.

Was very scary leaving keys to a machine but appeared very organized and safe. Would use again. Bus very busy on saturday so possibly more freq transfers at weekend.

Efficient parking car and retrieving keys on return. Good idea for car clean whilst awat if chosen, although rather pricey

On arrival, there are visible lanes in which to park. If like us it's your first visit, the staff inside at the reception will help with checking in. Keep your ticket safe that is issued to you as you need it on the return run. A short wait in a warm closed shelter wasn't a problem,(we checked in at 3.30am) Short journey to the airport by an efficent driver. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk from the Airport Terminal, so no problems there. On our arrival back into the UK, we only had to wait a short time for the bus to return to the car park. There was no phoning ahead which I liked, they just turn up! The car was visible to us as we entered the parking lot, but the code on your ticket, when scanned into the machine,(it's a bit like a snack dispenser)tells you exactly where your car is as your keys are returned to you in the slot at the bottom. The only time we got in a bit of a muddle was when trying to get out at the barrier. We were using the wrong ticket bar code. You nedd to use the one attached to your car key, not the one issued to get on the bus for your return trip! We know now. Good experience, reasonable value for money though we didn't book until the last minute. Maybe booking well in advance works out cheaper. All in all it was a pleasant experience and we would use them again.

Friendly staff, efficient service, good value for money, what's not to like?!

We found the car park to be extremely convenient and very good value for money. It was easy to find, even in the dark. The machines were uncomplicated and the return was straightforward. Transfer time was as stated and we didn't have to wait very long for the bus at either end.

Had to wait for a bus at 0400 with about 40 other people. Should have put on another bus.

I was a little worried about parking so far from the airport as in the past I have always parked on site. However, I have nothing but praise for how the whole process with Airparks works and would not hesitate to use them again and also recommend them to others. The whole system runs exceedingly smoothly.

Not hugely impressed with the new self-service key drop and recovery machines. Are they really worth the investment. Why does every user of the car park have to learn how to be a receptionist? A lot slower than the human system used before.
